Good job algorithm. I’m thinking of moving from California to another part of California. So send me something about North Carolina…
I flew in to charlotte once. We didn’t stay long but NC seemed nice. I like the Smokies and the BBQ. Fireflies are cool, we don’t get them in the west.
That said, I’d totally live in NC if the right job came along. I’ve had great job offers in FL and told them no way…

I do love NC, I don't know anything I don't like about it honestly. if you ever make your way out here, I'd love to help you ;)

Im concerned about snakes. Can you tell me if that's
an issue ? I mean if you live in South Park, or uptown areas that are build up?

Snakes are technically all over, but you'll never see them. Most snakes are non venomous. In my 20+ years in NC (13 in Charlotte) I've only seen 2 venomous snakes and both were in the woods. So no you don't have to worry about snakes :)

You'll love the higher income tax. You'll love the higher property taxes. Oh, wait.

From a cost of living perspective, we are lower than FL. Less insurance costs, you can actually GET insurance, no flood insurance, lower car insurance, lower health insurance, AND no risk of home loss because we (still even after Helene) don't get hurricanes (no it didn't hit Charlotte)
      :)
      O.... and less crowded ;)

Hi there! As I had mentioned in my video some of the information I am sharing comes from clients of mine who have moved here from FL and shared their challenges with the area. Of course there are many areas of FL (It's my second favorite state so I mean no ill will) and some (according to my clients) are challenging to get an appointment due to the lack of doctors vs the population in the area. :)
