Just for you, my aunt ordered a new corniche convertible and was told that they were discontinued. She then asked for one to be made for her as special order and Rolls Royce agreed. Sadly my aunt passed away before she could take delivery, her car has resided in a heated underground garage since, only being used for family weddings etc so it still has delivery mileage. It will remain in the heated garage until petrol cars are no longer to be seen and is already a real 1 off classic
This is one of your finest interviews. Magnus is informed and articulate. THEN we get into what he did to his custom cars. SUDDENLY we enter 'Aladdin's Cave' of Porsches.
Thoroughly enjoyed that! My usual type of thing are the vids where you’re just working on your motors but this was great. I like your straight talking style, cutting through any bollocks and just having a good honest chat about interesting things! Cheers!
Appreciated! I feel Magnus enjoyed the crack just as much as you did!! He’s a lovely guy and although he seemed quite guarded at first and, rightly so, protective of what he had and had achieved in life. Once he realised we were both from northern England with similar upbringings, with a simple, shared love of cars he seemed to relax and really open up. I felt I learned a lot about myself during the conversation. Quite Cathartic!! Now, I always make a point of hooking up with him when I visit LA. Regards
As a Porsche owner I follow Magnus on his OPP , fantastic guy, same age more or less, men with a open mind to the world , good you visited him on location Gary.
Great video ,Magnus is Mr Porsche and it was good to get a view of his collection and interesting to find out abit about how he's got to were he is and seems a pretty down to earth fella. As always another interesting video .
Wonderful Gary! As an Ex-Pat myself ( 16 years in Vancouver and LA and now coming up to 7 years in Austria) I can totally understand where Magnus is coming from. I love people who find their passion then create a living and life from it, I think that's the only way to live!
Great to see some German stuff, just recommissioned our ‘75 2.7 Carrera here at Scotts trails with minimal work on the Mechanical fuel injection..proper analogue mechanicals..car is up the road now after gentle running and fine tuning .Great fun .. thanks again Gary
That was brilliant Gary. What an interesting (iconic) guy. Another piece of Sheffield ( e.g. Def Leppard) that has taken on the States and become, to all intents and purposes, an American Icon! I really enjoyed this episode Gary. Illustrates how classic cars Transend people from totally different backgrounds and geography. This might be your best yet 👌 Magnus, you rock man. Your distinctive style and engineering prowess makes a change from the 'purist' Porsche style. My favourite 911 ever is the S/T. I can see this car has had an influence on your style, (and R rear lights). Modern 911's just don't do it for me. Best wishes from the UK!
Great interview Gary, I think you got Magnus to relax and confide more than other videos I have seen of him. Knew nothing about him until 2016 when I bought my first Porsche, a 982S, which had an outlaw sticker on it. Been following since then. Maybe you should get him to design a paint job for the GT!
Well done guys, loved the clip. Coming from the Wirral (now living in Brizvegas) have a soft spot for the area, really enjoy when you are out & about Gary. PS: will be back visiting the area in a weeks time😊
What a wonderful video. I thoroughly enjoyed this one Gary. You & Magnus made me forget I was watching a video as I felt like a part of the actual conversation. 👍
Brilliant discussion. Magnus is such the man, the LA lifestyle suits him so well. What a transition! Great storyteller. Excellent content, thanks guys.
I totally get the conversation..I’m originally from Liverpool (Kirkby)….I moved to Chicago in 1981 and went through many character building moments in life and now live in Scottsdale, AZ. I have the cars I dreamed of back in my childhood …Porsche’s, BMW, Aston Martin, etc. I think you need to struggle early in life and see the dream and go for it. Love Liverpool and the people of Liverpool. Just came back from visiting and stayed at the Vincent Hotel in Southport…my favorite hotel is the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool ❤️❤️
Magnus had an open house viewing for the Bullitt Mustang at his warehouse a few years back, which I was lucky to attend. Getting to see more of the place in this video is quite interesting. Great and inspiring video, Gary and Magnus, thanks!
Gary good to meet you other day when walking your dog glad you liked my Jaguar XK ! Thanks for letting me know about your TH-cam channel it’s really good
Thank you for this video!! I've been down stairs but never up stairs and thank you!! I love Magnus home it is so nice!! Your Subsciber on the West Coast Los Angeles Ca U.S 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
What a great video, two authentic guys sharing life and a love of cars with us, thanks to you both for letting us into seeing your world a bit as well as such stunning cars and a great dog. :)
Thanks for sharing always good to see the old Geezer Mister Magnus again 😁 And the dog Willow named i guess after the street or willow springs. You kinda look like Steve Mcqueen. Thanks again 👍
This man ,Magnus knows his Onions ,Not bad for a lad from Sheffield, my place of birth . If you are in any doubt in a risk venture and only you can see you vision, you just need to sit down with this guy ,asked a few questions but most important is to listen, he's not a salesman, he knowledge is incredible, ,great video .
Just found your channel Gary and I am so pleased I did, busy working through your back videos and I am so impressed with the quality and type of content you concentrate on and your car knowledge is so impressive. So pleased to be a new subscriber and long may your channel continue to grow and continue to impress your watchers.
Laszlo called, he wants has hat back.😉 Seriously though, brilliant episode and there's great chemistry between you both. In fact I'm loving your whole USA series, top job!
Brilliant interview after such a long time. His first YT appearance is still super, much happened in between. Pleased to see M is back. My den is still dedicated to him. Wish could say hello... but this great. Only is it only me, are the sound channels(Left&Right) switched? Changed my earplugs... Great upload, many thanks!
Gary- a friend and I here in the States, drained the battery in his dads 68 Buick Skylark several times. I blame Dylan, Beatles and Fleetwood Mac!! Hahaha!
Firstly, I compulsively clicked on this video because I thought that it was from Magnus' own chnannel(s). Wow, I love, love, LOVE the long-form video! Magnus, are you listening?! Though there was hardly any driving I ate it up! Magnus, if you're listening, please do a video series where you do one video per car, and really go deeper into why there are so many different cars of yours and what makes each example special. It would take a while but it would be great! Liked and Sub-SCRIBED, of course.
really good video. great content. good editing' is the sound reversed in some scenes? with the conversation in magnus' office: he's sitting on the left but coming out of the right speaker, and gary is the reverse- sitting on right, coming out left speaker. and great liverpool/sheffield conversation just the same. gary really does his rounds when he's in LA!
Sorry I didn’t realise about the sound as I check it on the big screen tv. Maybe mics were on the wrong setting causing it to jump left to right? Regards
Im just happy that I Live in a world where People like Magnus exist

Great episode Gary
Love Porsche and Magnus Hopefully this spurs you on to show some love to the 928gt
I’ll have an ep on the GT beginning of September. Promise. Regards.
Just love those ‘80s interior materials from Porsche. That black and white asymmetric chequer in the 924 turbo - just stunning..!
This is one of your finest interviews. Magnus is informed and articulate. THEN we get into what he did to his custom cars. SUDDENLY we enter 'Aladdin's Cave' of Porsches.
What a rockstar Magnus is. Total gentleman too.
Wow, what a guy this man is. He followed his dreams and ideas. Great great video Gary.
This video brings out the very best of both of you, compelling viewing.
Wonderful interview. Magnus is such and intelligent and interesting individual. I couldn't resist living in that space, it's too perfect.
What a fantastic watch & what a lovely guy Magnus is I just loved it.
Those late 60s rollers are true class as well as 1970s ones. They are so elegant.
Absolutely fascinating, got to be 1 of the best interviews with Magnus
Really enjoyed that interview with Magnus, what a treat! Just hit that second phase myself and promised myself my first Porsche to celebrate it!
Thoroughly enjoyed that! My usual type of thing are the vids where you’re just working on your motors but this was great. I like your straight talking style, cutting through any bollocks and just having a good honest chat about interesting things! Cheers!

Gary the best episode yet. Loved Urban Outlaw when it came out and this was a fantastic update on Magnus a decade on.
What a great conversation - thanks for taking us along.
Oh wow, that end scene with Gary driving the Roller...that's super cool.
What a unique experience and what a collection Magnus Walker has. But then to top it off of course he owns a Rolls-Royce👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great to see some German stuff, just recommissioned our ‘75 2.7 Carrera here at Scotts trails with minimal work on the Mechanical fuel injection..proper analogue mechanicals..car is up the road now after gentle running and fine tuning .Great fun .. thanks again Gary
My favorite video of the series and possibly in my top 5 of all time , this guy is British Supercool at its best !

Enjoyed every second. Magnus is proof that it is possible to live your dreams.
One of your very best Gary. Magnus is certainly one of a kind, and a great guy.

Hi Gary another great video, thanks off to bed now only 1.30am all the best from New Zealand 😊
I came to this video from Magnus’s side so for me Gary was a stranger. But I immediately knew he is cool when he asked the name of the dog.
Awesome ! Let’s do this ! ❤
Gary- a friend and I here in the States, drained the battery in his dads 68 Buick Skylark several times.
I blame Dylan, Beatles and Fleetwood Mac!! Hahaha!
Love the content Magnus , always a treat 👍🇬🇧
I love hearing the difference in their accents. I met Magnus a few years back and he signed a 277 Hot Wheels car for my kid. What a guy.
great video! thanks
