I’ve learned that pretty much all of the properties that make it on these channels (esp Enes) are having major trouble selling… typically due to some fatal flaw they don’t disclose (I saw one of Enes mansions with a fire station next door) For example if u look around 5:06 u can see a car drive by and another car parked in a driveway, which means for 60mil this house sits RIGHT on the street lol.. it’s always a catch with these TH-cam properties
Mafia cartel vibes surprised this wasn't in movies or TV series or events as far as rental money if you can't sell it but I'm sure this will sell for 45-50M$ cause it has no private road or privacy. It's off a main noisy road. So that's why the guest house is the entry and not in the backyard like traditional layouts for house pool guest house beach access
They destroyed the magic of this home with the renovation the roof is horrible the grey is horrible too bad . Stay away from interior designers that want to help u sell your home
