Hi, yes. It is to maintain a 100% uptime for the Fatal Blow Buff (20 and 40 bubbles). But it is not the same for all snipers. You'll notice that i only used the 20 bubble buff for most of the fight and only used the 40 bubble buff twice in the end. This is because Fey's current gears are a balance of VDJ and Range Ender-sided jades/runes. The 20 bubble buff helps clear the first 50% bar more consistently as I bank on the VDJ damage+Kilos T2 set bonus. The 40 bubble buff in the end helps me clear the last 30% as that is where Range ender is stronger, and the Kilos T2 no longer applies. For other snipers, especially those who are still starting, I think its more important to know what your highest DPS contributor is, and dedicate your Fatal Blow buff for that attack(Like spamming 20 bubbles for the first half, and investing on 40 bubbles at the end), while also taking note that Range Ender deals more damage as the boss' HP is lower. Lastly, it all depends on where you're at with your current gears, along with your jade's and runes. Maintaining a 100% uptime for the 20 bubble buff for the first half is a good way to take advantage of the current T2 kilos 5 set bonus, but it's also perfectly fine to invest in a 40 bubble buff for every Range Ender hit even if the boss' HP is above 50% as you can throw 1-2 VDJ hits along with 1 secondary jade hit during the 10s buff window.
I'll pin a more detailed and concise comment as to why I went with this rotation and heraldry build for Feyreliz. I'll make sure to add it as soon as I can so stay tuned for it!

Heyya! Firstly, congrats on the 200% DDJ midplate, and hopefully you pull another one for VDJ. You can definitely choose the 200% DDJ as your midplate as VDJ's cd plate is ALMOST just as strong as a 162 plate. I have done multiple tests myself, and found out that VDJ cd plate sometimes yield the same/sometimes better results than a 162 VDJ midplate. Then again, a lot of factors could affect the DPS difference between a 162 and CD plate for VDJ, such as crit, tail decal and variant skills. So yea, feel free to use 200% DDJ Plate as ur midplate, while waiting to pull a 162/200% VDJ plate. Goodluck!

Sure thing. Range Ender is a 3-hit rune skill that is very crit-reliant. This means that when you cast RE, there's a chance that all hits would crit, or none of them would crit at all. Its also important to note that your RE will deal more damage the lower the target's HP is, particularly if the boss' HP is below 40%. Aside from the two factors above, make sure that before casting Range Ender, both of your debuffs are in place (Cheating Point/Charged shot) and that you have either 20-bubble wind shaft or 40-bubble windshaft buff active. Those are indeed guild buffs/ROB/ROD/ROS and Reliable stone buff and a Dragon Buff. But once you enter Sunset Training Ground, they all disappear, and only get the allowed buffs inside the arena.
