Four (4) key drivers for decision making: 1. Unconscious thoughts - Heuristics: "mental shortcuts" (they can function as biases) 2. Unthinking custom and practices - We could absorb these beliefs without asking: Do I agree with these beliefs? Are they valid? 3. Ethical decision making profile - People tend to have "default settings: Prioritizing on outcomes or relationships - Each have their own strengths and weaknesses; these weaknesses can lead us not to take in mind other ethical issues 4. Reflective practice - It considers context and people affected by our decision making - Guided by our purpose, values and principles - Thought of "Our-Go-To"; "In reality, we are drive by our first three aforementioned": that is why Ethics - the active practice of making and justifying - is important - If we can't admit our potential for bad decisions, we struggle in making the good ones

Thank you for highlighting the importance of ethical practices to drive our decision-making. About schoolwork, I have been thinking a lot about the use of sources and how to use them correctly.
My comments of watching this video on the topic :Ethical Decision Making Model that ethic is justice that has purpose ,value, and principle that we can accept.Has he gave the unconscious thought that is negative, the unthinking thought how to valid, the personal ethical decision making that can be false and the reflective that is good and that has practice conscious decision making.
Thank you for sharing the basis on which we make decisions. It has given me a lot to think about regarding how I will approach the decisions I make especially if the relate to ethical responsibilities I have when I use the work of others.
I've recently self-published a novel that might be of interest to people who are fascinated by ethical dilemmas :) It's called The Decision by Nathan McGregor. It's available in Kindle and paperback format.
This is excellence at its best. I recently read something similar, and it was absolutely outstanding. "Game Theory and the Pursuit of Algorithmic Fairness" by Jack Frostwell
