Very helpful video, but I do have a question. At 4:30-5:00 in the video, I understand these arms are spring loaded, so how exactly do you move the arm to hit the stop without cutting your fingers off?

I thought I mentioned how to do it. The 1st way: remove the tailgate panels and have some turn the key or switch to make the window go down. Stick your hand through the open panel and assist in pulling the window down. 2nd way: Disconnect your battery and you should be able to manually pull the window down through the open panel.
Maybe spray silicone spray inside the weatherstrip rails on both side edges of the window. The lower weatherstrip should not be lubed however, for obvious reasons...

What I was wondering how window was pulled down manually, isn't it a worm drive, maybe not I forget
My battery is off yet I do not seem to get the window to budge
I tried this on my 1995 ford broco I Disconnected the battery but my window would not move

I believe the motor has to be loosened to disengage motor to move it, believe it's a worm drive
