You're not awake yet. You just sense that something is wrong. There are many stages to waking up. This is true because I used to wake up in dread and just wanted to go back to sleep but I started eating healthy,fasting and meditating and it changed my whole outlook and way I lived and I'm so much happier now

I don't know what is the right label to apply, but this is a realm in which creatures rip each other apart and eat each other endlessly. That's what most animals do most of the time. We don't see it because meat comes packaged nicely on super markets. We have abstracted away the most unpleasant aspects of this world. It's crazy not only that we are surrounded by creatures that are involved in such a cycle, but also that we are one of such creatures (seemingly), an omnivore ape that is the apex predator in most environments above water. What a crazy thing, whether it's a dream of some sort or not.

this is very true - as a child i was born into a house where we where locked in never allowed to go out and we found VHS tapes of porn as kids I even got molested by my mothers brother and to this day my mother still hates me and she is incomplete Denial after 30 years . The family blames me for everything but they fail to realize our youngest sister was the one that found the VHS tapes. so yes this is a hell realm. later on in life parents controlled every aspect and did everything they could to ruin me financially and pre meditated and even succeeded to ruin many of my relationships. as a child I was belted and wippedd with a rubber whip numerous times I went screaming and running out of the house. with cuts on my back for playing video games or getting blamed by siibblings for something i did not do.
My grandmother was right. Hell is right here on earth. After he died I lost everything, including over a acre a land that the home place used to stand on. He was only 47. Before that I was previously married to an abusive/addict man and had a son. My son and I was best friends. Jonus, my son is 27 now. Somewhere along the line, after he was grown he became a stranger to me. I really believe he has an evil entity attached to him. We moved into my mamas, she died a year ago. My son and I still live there , BUT never talk or spend time together. I walk into the house, he goes into his room. I stay in a storage trailer behind Mama's, I'm not ready to move into her room yet. I literally have lost all my family except him and I think he hates me! I don't know why. I try to talk to him, but he gets mad and walks away. I had 17 aunts n uncles and I have only one aunt left now. We are not that close. I was the black sheep and Was always made to feel like I was no good. I now clean my old house, which sits right beside Mama's (daddy died 2017). The lady that bought it is just a nasty person, always calling the cops on us. My son used to be in a band, they practiced there...but only only a couple days weekly for a few hrs. She would call on us for anything! She wants the rest of our land, over my dead body 😁 I finally forgive her, humbled myself enough that I now clean it. I needed the money!! I have to stop from crying EVERY time I go over there. My world fell apart when J.R. died..he was a good man. I have my fur babies 💗 All I want is my son to love n respect me and ALL THIS TO BE OVER WITH. I try my best to stay in a high frequency, but it's hard. I just want to go home 😟 May I add, I had a mobile home PAID FOR...but he had 3 children and I had only 2 bedrooms. Why didn't we just build on. Ive suffered ALOT of loss in my life and I don't understand why. I've made mistakes, but I'm a good person with a good heart. I've experienced the paranormal my whole life, but when I cry out for spirit , Usually I get nothing. I feel abandoned and deeply hurt. Even though I had a spiritual awakening, I still struggle. There is no objective purpose. You cannot find a single purpose given by the universe, as it is indifferent and simply exists. Therefore, its up to us to create that purpose and choose what we want to do. This life is a difficult one, but we all will meet the same fate in the end, so its somewhat comforting to know we’re not alone in experiencing this chaotic, absurd existence.

Only cost me deeply in the past and now I don’t care about people anymore because they simply showed me that their inauthenticity causes me irritations dealing with them in authentic ways. Most people don’t mean what they say and this has been headaches since childhood that’s why being alone for the sake of being me is necessary. I care about someone once and slowly with the lack of words and actions I stop caring about them actively. I do care silently but they lose their trustworthiness in my eyes and simply are not worth dealing with. If you meet people who say and do what they say because they mean it , just be honest with them no matter if you accept anything about you a situation or anything else. We can handle the truth and will respect you for it but we don’t tolerate shadiness and you will lose someone who care for your being not your persona. We care about the human not what’s inside of him.
I had my awakening at the age of 21. I’m now 35. It’s been a process of learning that is mostly attained through experience. It takes true discernment to see and ACCEPT yourself for what you actually are(which usually isn’t much lol)and not what you “wish” you were. It’s being able to look at the endless road of growth but still finding joy in the process without being discouraged by the thought of endless labor which is essentially life. Finally growing to love the process and realizing the destination is not important. It’s doing the right thing simply because it is right, and finally being able to RELAX and flow with life. Finally realizing in this relaxation all problems resolve themselves. It doesn’t matter where we are honestly, but who are becoming. Heaven and Hell are both experienced in this sphere of living.

I suffer ptsd and was a drug addict for 10 years I’m now 5 years sober but while I was an addict I had a near death experience that changed everything! I left my body and was flying body less in what felt like space.. I was full of love and ecstasy but the man’s voice in the bright light told me my work wasn’t done yet and I came back to my depression and heavy body. During my time in ‘heaven’ I felt the impact I had on others good and bad. The bad stuff was horrible, I felt the emotion I put on others. I felt how they felt.. 5 mins felt like hours up there. Ever since that experience I’ve only been good and I’ve walked away from negative situations. I didn’t have children and I’m hoping I won’t be coming back here.
What really boggles the mind is to think how anything got here without a creator. Even with one, where did the creator come from and so on and so forth. It's really hard to wrap the mind around having always just existed. With no creator, when life seems to have too much of a specific reason and purpose. Also the body. It's all so boggling and here we are thrown into it with no choice

I believe we may be in some level of Purgatory here on Earth. What many call Karma is the process of bal - ancing out our errors of the past and evolving to our spiritual perfection. Edgar Cayce said that the Earth is a "school - room" and souls are on a journey back to God ! Seems plausible to me.

The idea being too focused on the spirit and pray that our actions and desires be guided by the spirit.it’s a strange situation being a human! I think some spiritual teachings would have people deny their flesh completely. And others I guess like an atheist or a humanist would focus on the flesh only. But it’s true that we are of both and while we are here on this earth, that’s just the way it is.

Last year I walked into my kitchen after a mushroom 🍄 induced deep meditation and exploration and I realized, or rather real-eyes-ed, there is literally only one of us here. We are THAT. I’ve been suicidal since I was 9, I’m 53 now. Used drugs and alcohol for 35 years to deal, sober 10 years now. Still suicidal ideations, thoughts and feelings fairly often but less since I started low dose ketamine. In 2012 I attempted suicide and was DOA. Obviously I was revived but I was in a hell realm for an indeterminate amount of time. Pure terror. Absolutely the scariest, most terrifying experience of my life and as a former drug addict alcoholic I saw some shit but nothing like the hell realm. Anyways, great talk. I’ve been studying NonDuality for my entire sobriety but I was reading Ram Dass at 15. Peace 🕊️ be with us all.
DUALITY is the key. Man is 98% evil and only 2% love. Evil wants to override that good part of MAN always. There are two entities within. Remember the movie: Mr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I'm in a very good place socially and there's always food on the table and I get to travel a bit. I have the best family and relatives imaginable and many true good friends I can trust with my life and talk about ANYTHING about too. That's REAL wealth. But I have a very difficult body. I'm in quite a lot of pain and my nervous system is compromised. That's my karma. I'm burning a lot of self-karma and no one is making that for me. No one is hurting me and making karma for them self and I'm happy it is that way. But being sick has made me mentally stronger. I can take a lot. And it has disciplined me quite a bit. Most of us come here to experience hardship. It makes us able to handle more of the bliss that is possible in higher realms. It's mental gymnastics. That's how we grow our soul and aura bigger.
i dont experience such life. yeah some people are evil. Life is beautiful. my body works with me well , im grateful for my body. I get along with people as much as they allow. I dont worry about money anymore , I know I can provide for myself and others easily with the skills ive aquired over my short life. ive suffered so much in the past I embraced the pain . and now I am free. ofcourse I wasn't satisfied when my life was shit my subconscious was telling me this isnt a life you want to live and pushed me to create the life I have today. all of this came from wisdom i gained from pain and misery , unfortune , mistakes ive made. My own father fractured my personality at age 4 by accidentally hurting me causing my first near death experience. I fear God but not death. Learning to meditate is key to relieving yourself of solving problems that are not there.
As long as you worship and fear any god, you will remain enslaved. Fear your ignorance and lack of awareness instead, because that will cause you to at least ask some questions.

It is in dark moments that a correct attitude is most important. If we fight against the darkness, we are swallowed by it and suffer misfortune. If we react to the lack of visible progress with despair and negativity, we extinguish our own inner light and block the aid of the Higher Power. If we try to persuade others that they must return to the light, we exhaust ourselves in vain now. In a time such as this is it wise to adopt a stance of outer disengagement and inner perseverance. Do not focus on or interact with the negative influences around you; this only strengthens their grip on you. Step aside, yield, let go, allow people and events to pass without attachment. Direct your attentions inside to your inner light, your devotion to what is right, your conversation with the Higher Power. To have patience with oneself is to have self-love. Progress may be slow, but there will indeed be progress after inner realignment. Growth takes time, in order to make things as stable and flexible as possible at the same time. Remember that much of the work of the Higher Power is hidden from us, and that we enable and assist it by remaining detached, accepting, and reserved in the face of negative influences. 🍀
Where do all the sacrifices come into play with this theory.. the missing children, the organ harvesting. All of this is actually happening, mediation doesn’t help the innocent individuals affected by any of this.

In my 54 years of life I find one of the most powerful mediation practices is Vipassana. It works at the most subtlest levels and releases you from misery and the impurity of the mind.

After a while you lose directionality and can only be with your thoughts. I just finished watching your video it got me of the couch and on stationery bike and I picked up my musical instrument for the first time in a while I connected all the dot's on this video on a metaphysical level like I have never done before. I sent it to my music teacher as well just substitute music practice for meditation same thing. Have you been reading my mind? This is incredible. I've been experiencing so much of this for the past few months. I recently figured out that I may have not only multiple personalities but multiple identities. I had gotten severely depressed during the winter season. I was isolated with my family. I was addicted to Marijuana. It got me to the point that I had to finally tell myself that it was time to work on myself. To figure out what's going on with myself. It's been a rollercoaster. I have to consciously remind myself to put down or put away the distractions. So I can connect with myself. I believe that I have adhd (or at least one of my identities), and I can cause a lot of complications when trying to meditate. Also, I believe that we are experiencing life for our consciousness. In order to grow our consciousness, we must learn from physical experiences. How do we learn how to feel (feelings)? Threw physical experiences with others. How do we learn about empathy? Emotions? We must learn and grow from our physical existence. Great video non the less.
Imagine the poor poor people that believe hell awaits them after life and is much worse than here. I used to be one of those people. When I hear that it can be hell in this life I feel relief like "OK, this is as bad as it gets!".

The hellish side of life on this material plane, to me, is all the time and energy one has to spend just to even survive. Life gives no break. There is hardly ever any time where you can just sit and contemplate without worrying about something or someone. If one stops fighting, physically or mentally, problems pile up. All who can, compensate with the pursuit and aquisition of material things that inevitably don't fill the void in the end. I simply miss home, my real home, and it's not here. it’s amazing that most ancient cultures fully embraced the idea of reincarnation, all around the world isolated cultures all came to the same conclusion. this is very true - as a child i was born into a house where we where locked in never allowed to go out and we found VHS tapes of porn as kids I even got molested by my mothers brother and to this day my mother still hates me and she is incomplete Denial after 30 years . The family blames me for everything but they fail to realize our youngest sister was the one that found the VHS tapes. so yes this is a hell realm. later on in life parents controlled every aspect and did everything they could to ruin me financially and pre meditated and even succeeded to ruin many of my relationships. as a child I was belted and wippedd with a rubber whip numerous times I went screaming and running out of the house. with cuts on my back for playing video games or getting blamed by siibblings for something i did not do.

Before that I was previously married to an abusive/addict man and had a son. My son and I was best friends. Jonus, my son is 27 now. Somewhere along the line, after he was grown he became a stranger to me. I really believe he has an evil entity attached to him. We moved into my mamas, she died a year ago. My son and I still live there , BUT never talk or spend time together. I walk into the house, he goes into his room. I stay in a storage trailer behind Mama's, I'm not ready to move into her room yet. I literally have lost all my family except him and I think he hates me! I don't know why. I try to talk to him, but he gets mad and walks away. I had 17 aunts n uncles and I have only one aunt left now. We are not that close. I was the black sheep and Was always made to feel like I was no good. I now clean my old house, which sits right beside Mama's (daddy died 2017). The lady that bought it is just a nasty person, always calling the cops on us. My son used to be in a band, they practiced there...but only only a couple days weekly for a few hrs. She would call on us for anything! She wants the rest of our land, over my dead body 😁
I finally forgive her, humbled myself enough that I now clean it. I needed the money!! I have to stop from crying EVERY time I go over there. My world fell apart when J.R. died..he was a good man. I have my fur babies 💗 All I want is my son to love n respect me and ALL THIS TO BE OVER WITH. I try my best to stay in a high frequency, but it's hard. I just want to go home 😟 May I add, I had a mobile home PAID FOR...but he had 3 children and I had only 2 bedrooms. Why didn't we just build on. Ive suffered ALOT of loss in my life and I don't understand why. I've made mistakes, but I'm a good person with a good heart. I've experienced the paranormal my whole life, but when I cry out for spirit , Usually I get nothing. I feel abandoned and deeply hurt. Even though I had a spiritual awakening, I still struggle. Only cost me deeply in the past and now I don’t care about people anymore because they simply showed me that their inauthenticity causes me irritations dealing with them in authentic ways. I do care silently but they lose their trustworthiness in my eyes and simply are not worth dealing with. We can handle the truth and will respect you for it but we don’t tolerate shadiness and you will lose someone who care for your being not your persona. We care about the human not what’s inside of him.

I had my awakening at the age of 21. I’m now 35. It’s been a process of learning that is mostly attained through experience. It takes true discernment to see and ACCEPT yourself for what you actually are(which usually isn’t much lol)and not what you “wish” you were. It’s being able to look at the endless road of growth but still finding joy in the process without being discouraged by the thought of endless labor which is essentially life. Finally growing to love the process and realizing the destination is not important. It’s doing the right thing simply because it is right, and finally being able to RELAX and flow with life. Finally realizing in this relaxation all problems resolve themselves. It doesn’t matter where we are honestly, but who are becoming. Heaven and Hell are both experienced in this sphere of living.

I suffer ptsd and was a drug addict for 10 years I’m now 5 years sober but while I was an addict I had a near death experience that changed everything! I left my body and was flying body less in what felt like space.. I was full of love and ecstasy but the man’s voice in the bright light told me my work wasn’t done yet and I came back to my depression and heavy body. During my time in ‘heaven’ I felt the impact I had on others good and bad. The bad stuff was horrible, I felt the emotion I put on others. I felt how they felt.. 5 mins felt like hours up there. Ever since that experience I’ve only been good and I’ve walked away from negative situations. I didn’t have children and I’m hoping I won’t be coming back here.

It's all so boggling and here we are thrown into it with no choice

Last year I walked into my kitchen after a mushroom 🍄 induced deep meditation and exploration and I realized, or rather
real-eyes-ed, there is literally only one of us here.
We are THAT.
I’ve been suicidal since I was 9, I’m 53 now. Used drugs and alcohol for 35 years to deal, sober 10 years now. Still suicidal ideations, thoughts and feelings fairly often but less since I started low dose ketamine.
In 2012 I attempted suicide and was DOA. Obviously I was revived but I was in a hell realm for an indeterminate amount of time.
Pure terror. Absolutely the scariest, most terrifying experience of my life and as a former drug addict alcoholic I saw some shit but nothing like the hell realm.

I'm in a very good place socially and there's always food on the table and I get to travel a bit. I have the best family and relatives imaginable and many true good friends I can trust with my life and talk about ANYTHING about too. That's REAL wealth.
But I have a very difficult body. I'm in quite a lot of pain and my nervous system is compromised. That's my karma. I'm burning a lot of self-karma and no one is making that for me. No one is hurting me and making karma for them self and I'm happy it is that way.
But being sick has made me mentally stronger. I can take a lot. And it has disciplined me quite a bit.
Most of us come here to experience hardship. It makes us able to handle more of the bliss that is possible in higher realms. It's mental gymnastics. That's how we grow our soul and aura bigger.

i dont experience such life. yeah some people are evil. Life is beautiful. my body works with me well , im grateful for my body. I get along with people as much as they allow. I dont worry about money anymore , I know I can provide for myself and others easily with the skills ive aquired over my short life. ive suffered so much in the past I embraced the pain . and now I am free. ofcourse I wasn't satisfied when my life was shit my subconscious was telling me this isnt a life you want to live and pushed me to create the life I have today. all of this came from wisdom i gained from pain and misery , unfortune , mistakes ive made. Ive expended my consciousness once and realised it is a big responsibility. one im not ready for yet

My own father fractured my personality at age 4 by accidentally hurting me causing my first near death experience. I fear God but not death. Learning to meditate is key to relieving yourself of solving problems that are not there.
As long as you worship and fear any god, you will remain enslaved. Fear your ignorance and lack of awareness instead, because that will cause you to at least ask some questions.

It is in dark moments that a correct attitude is most important. If we fight against the darkness, we are swallowed by it and suffer misfortune. If we react to the lack of visible progress with despair and negativity, we extinguish our own inner light and block the aid of the Higher Power. If we try to persuade others that they must return to the light, we exhaust ourselves in vain now.
In a time such as this is it wise to adopt a stance of outer disengagement and inner perseverance. Do not focus on or interact with the negative influences around you; this only strengthens their grip on you. Step aside, yield, let go, allow people and events to pass without attachment. Direct your attentions inside to your inner light, your devotion to what is right, your conversation with the Higher Power.
To have patience with oneself is to have self-love. Progress may be slow, but there will indeed be progress after inner realignment. Growth takes time, in order to make things as stable and flexible as possible at the same time. Remember that much of the work of the Higher Power is hidden from us, and that we enable and assist it by remaining detached, accepting, and reserved in the face of negative influences. 🍀
Where do all the sacrifices come into play with this theory.. the missing children, the organ harvesting. All of this is actually happening, mediation doesn’t help the innocent individuals affected by any of this.

In my 54 years of life I find one of the most powerful mediation practices is Vipassana. It works at the most subtlest levels and releases you from misery and the impurity of the mind.
I'm an experienced meditator but never tried Vipassana. Is that where you sit with your eyes half shut?
@@seane.9937 No. It's the practice that's a 1000 years older then Buddha and what brought him enlightenment. The Vipassana course is 10 days of silence and 7 hours a day of full body meditation.

After a while you lose directionality and can only be with your thoughts. I love it cause our nervous system is always under fire from noises and stuff and when you can close that off it’s like stillness at the core and you can access that easily once you’ve been there enough
@@seane.9937 this is the one I basically do , I start with eyes wide open in peripheral vision until my eyes want to basically close themselves , you have to find the one that works for you it’s as simple as that.

I just finished watching your video it got me of the couch and on stationery bike and I picked up my musical instrument for the first time in a while I connected all the dot's on this video on a metaphysical level like I have never done before. I sent it to my music teacher as well just substitute music practice for meditation same thing. Miles Davis said we only reach for the notes we know it times to reach for musical notes we don't know !!
57 years old and this feels like hell. I have not had peace, nor been happy most of my adult life regardless of endless hours of meditation and healthy lifestyle. Perhaps I was born under a dark star. A thousand books hasn’t helped much either. Maybe next round I’ll get it! 🎉

Have you been reading my mind? This is incredible. I've been experiencing so much of this for the past few months.
I recently figured out that I may have not only multiple personalities but multiple identities.
I had gotten severely depressed during the winter season. I was isolated with my family. I was addicted to Marijuana. It got me to the point that I had to finally tell myself that it was time to work on myself. To figure out what's going on with myself. It's been a rollercoaster.
I have to consciously remind myself to put down or put away the distractions. So I can connect with myself.
I believe that I have adhd (or at least one of my identities), and I can cause a lot of complications when trying to meditate.
Also, I believe that we are experiencing life for our consciousness. In order to grow our consciousness, we must learn from physical experiences. How do we learn how to feel (feelings)? Threw physical experiences with others. How do we learn about empathy? Emotions? We must learn and grow from our physical existence.

Imagine the poor poor people that believe hell awaits them after life and is much worse than here. I used to be one of those people. When I hear that it can be hell in this life I feel relief like "OK, this is as bad as it gets!".

A bunch of people assuming and just assuming, deep down no one knows anything and never will. It seems like a colossal madhouse where everyone talks at the same time, and the madhouse remains the same madhouse, with the same walls, the same colors, and constantly increasing in numbers. This is pure MADNESS.
It’s true… living as the ego self is a very low form… I awoke out off that and came into heaven .. it’s a quite place to be. ❤ I love meditation and can enter into that unity 2 hours a day.
The hellish side of life on this material plane, to me, is all the time and energy one has to spend just to even survive. Life gives no break. There is hardly ever any time where you can just sit and contemplate without worrying about something or someone. If one stops fighting, physically or mentally, problems pile up. All who can, compensate with the pursuit and aquisition of material things that inevitably don't fill the void in the end. I simply miss home, my real home, and it's not here. Smart people will get my point. The others will claim to know better, without knowing me. They can stay in this hell if it's what pleases them. I know it pleases me a great deal. I hate know-all morons.

it’s amazing that most ancient cultures fully embraced the idea of reincarnation, all around the world isolated cultures all came to the same conclusion.
In my opinion, enough research always leads to this conclusion.
My consciousness lived before I was born, and it will live after I am dead. The individual personality/ego is gone forever, but the underlying growth that consciousness received during a lifetime is added onto and continues to evolve through the passage of time.
Otherwise, what is the point of mankind at all, if everytime you learn something it’s gone forever when you die

At 7.04 but how can meditating remove the fact that I am extremly unhappy to live on a planet that is basically a blood bath - slaughter slaughter slaughter - 84billion times a year - how can one be happy knowing that. I'm 70 soon and the older I get the more sick of it I'm becoming sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick to death of it - haven't got a good word to say. Love the animals and the plants but as for us lot well the least said better. You certainly are an optimist
