This is all just a dream. Once you come to terms with that you realize you have say in how the story is written. You can write the script. What your lines, the character you play and what your character does.

The most real manifestation of reality is separation. But people like you will go on for thousands of years debating others how duality or separation is an illusion. In reality, you have a childish understanding of separation. Separation is not the opposite of union. Any boundary or limit has a paradoxical nature in the sense that it separates, but at the same time, the boundary holds beings together. Therefore, maya or illusion is the greatest gift from Source. Our own bodies are such living boundaries through our skin, which is nothing but awareness that separates and unifies inner space with the unbounded outer space. Enlightenment, in other words, is not about abolishing the reality of separation or boundaries but merely the realisation of their divine nature.

The thing is, most people are working all the time to barely make ends meet. When I was younger and working all the time, I was exhausted all the time, stressed out, couldn’t afford anything except the bare necessities and didn’t have time for myself to get to know God or myself. The temporary controllers designed it this way.

Completely accurate, but you can reach serenity with having nothing and everything just comes to you. I went from jail to rehab to homeless shelter to leaping in faith and leaving the slave homeless shelter and was only homeless for 2 days then I just took the steps I was guided now I’m exactly in the place I wanted to be. Me personally I’m Muslim and trust in Allah. However I do see a lot of fallacy with the constraints of all religions. They are clearly big business. We have the information and we need to apply the metaphors given to us and realize that we are co creators with the universe. Not a single moment goes by that I’m not without absolute gratefulness and I’ve lost everything and am having to get it all back and I live without stress and anxiety. Meditation is necessary you have to tap into the divine (dive in) your heart (earth) is connected to the earth.

The truth is in math, science, etc. But also in religion, spirituality, etc. There is a way to build the foundations of understanding. You can also just become love. As Jesus said Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. And love your neighbor as yourself. Perfect love drives out all fear. The bewildering thing is the number of "Christians" who don't get this simple truth.

I learned to pretend to be happy when I was 7 years old and my parents divorced. I watch them miserable acting like children at a time when I was supposed to be able to be a child. Obviously my mother got me in the divorce. Yes I was raised way too close to her and had to take care of her growing up. Yes my dad cheated on her so even though she's emotionally abusive his lack of emotional awareness led to him taking the absolute worst route out of the abusive relationship he was in giving her just enough rope to hang him for my entire childhood making me bastardize men in my mind as a child. So now I'm hopelessly empathetic and fearful of harming others and have no clue how to have the balls to survive. The bulk of adults are just children with bank accounts and cars playing adult. I feel bad for them too but they're faulty parenting has led to an abundance of young adults who can't fend for themselves and who Harbor enormous grudges against Society for failing them. I'm 31 and I'm struggling to feel like getting up in the morning is worth it

You've taught me a lot in a few videos realising that there is an instant story behind every emotion. I now pause more often when I feel something strong and ask: What's the story? I then contemplate what's the best solution to this dilemma and align my emotions with my ideals. There is consequence behind every action, even non-action.
I've become more aware of my history of certain emotions and where they may have developed, that's a lot of years being busy trying to keep it all together.
I came to realise that people suck. I'm a person so I also suck. Accepting that we aren't perfect and realising that most people being so busy have no clue about a lot of things, that's humbling, meaning I now feel more confident relying on my own insights and not expecting others to know, like a child would rely on a parent. However it is also frustrating dealing with the world, silly behaviour and confusion, so having compassion to mitigate that I find important, also towards myself.

People don’t know who they are period. They are trying to be someone they aren’t. Meditation is concentrated and it requires you to sit with yourself mind body and spirit. I feel we all have a form of meditation that just don’t require you to sit still but only learning to get the mind still. Whether that is physical activity, exercise, walking, in nature, something.

Meditation grows awanress which allows the ego to step back and you can be your true self .. which is soul. Then peace comes then you can BE happy. Its similar to cultivating a garden. Then while I was working I found a video telling me to focus on the sensation of my hands and return to it everytime a thought came up. So on my lunch I went out and tried it. That instant I reached enlightenment. I understood who I am and who is the one beyond I am. That day I dropped 20 years of religious dogma, all things became meaningless and free.

Nothing wrong with meditation, but it really isn't needed to see that which you already are. The only thing that's distracting you are your thoughts. So just have a look at what you are without the beliefs you are holding right now. What are you if you can't go to the future or the past? Catch any thoughts and beliefs that take you out of this present moment. That's it.. you're the silence. You can fall into that, and welcome home, that's it :) Takes about 5 minutes!

it’s not just your thoughts actually. there are multiple subconscious processes that begin automatically due to past conditioning. especially in traumatized people. the majority of them are not conceptual thought at all but automatic nervous system responses to triggers. they need not be consciously thought about at all in order to be activated. conscious therapy/movement in some form is the only thing that can release these patterns.

Of course all these therapies are a wondereful thing for the mind to get itself involved in.. but it's a neverending merry go round. Wait, what?? Ive been meditating every day for 2 months, and i feel better, ive gotten alot of things done that ive put off, but recently started feeling meditating is a task and its become something i sort of dread doing bc im not getting what ive been told is suppised to happen. I also dont feel like im this person who wears a mask, ive always been me, ive akways trusted others, ive always been who am just am. I never identified as a mask or anything, but meditating HAS helped me know what it means to be in the moment, i get a physical sensation wen i pull out of my head, and fall into the moment, THAT is a bliss, and im working more and more at it. Also, im asking myself constantly why do i feel this way, what is the thought behind it. Why am i looking outside myself for something right now, ect. I still feel resentment, i still get vaught up in jegative self talk, and im just wondering why? Why am i still feeling these things, why am i still looking outside myself for anything? Yesterday, i curled up in bed and felt crummy. This morning, I came back. Then i fell back into negative thoughts about ppl, and asked why do i feel so much resentment? Why havent i bern able to stop feeling resentment? I ask why me, and answer myself why not me? I AM stronger than others, I am able to handle more, and i feel better for awhile. Then i hear you are the creator of your reality, then, accept ur reality as it is!??? What the hell does that even mean??! I write affirmations like i feel connected, but i DONT. I HAVENT. I DONT KNOW ANYMORE, but ive been on this wave of whatever it is for 3 months and i know theres gotta be a better, less chaotic life. I choose how i feel. Yes. That i absolutely believe that. And that is my real place. I will keep doing the practice, but i think i gotta figure out how to do it joyfully or at least not making it a task. I put expectation in it bc i expect to transform into bliss or something. Yes, in that moment, i feel it.

You need to do a lot of things to bring forth or maintain your true nature (ie. potentiating/actualizing the full range of your innate abilities). Eating, sleeping, drinking. To utilize your capacity for wisdom, you need to study. To fully utilize your mind, and bring forth your true nature in that regard, you need to meditate, and learn the skill of managing your thoughts. Otherwise your true nature remains in potential, like a baby. One can understand conceptually, but without the experience of awareness, or of mindfulness, of noticing, it wont bring forth your true nature - the effect remains in potential.
Like studying a road map and reading Google reviews vs actually taking a road trip. Or like Chat GPT who can talk the talk, but is totally witthout understanding.

I doubt very much any of this works when you have tootache or your being punched in the face or worse, its easy to sit in a comfortable room and claim theres power to stillness but when your life is falling apart or you are in pain there's no peace to be found and good luck in dealing with your mind when you know you arent going to get that peace back before you die, the difference between us and animals is they dont live in a complex society that criticises moderates or controls their every move, they dont have to deal with peer pressure or conformity or any of the complex issues humans do they literally just survive and reproduce, and who knows maybe they do fear death and feel joy/sadness etc.

Spiritual teachings often lose their impact on someone overwhelmed by the stress of survival. Those who are more financially secure may speak as though basic needs like housing and financial stability are guaranteed, but for those who lack them, the harsh realities of society become glaringly obvious and unavoidable. Everywhere you turn, you face blame from those who twist logic to justify victim-blaming, while teachers remain mostly blind to it because they don’t experience the same level of crushing economic disempowerment. Society reveals itself as the twisted, oppressive game of control and submission that it truly is. It's a completely different reality, one where what others dismiss as paranoia is actually real, and not playing along and strategizing against it to survive day to day will just render you homeless. Despite these overwhelming external pressures, it's still valuable to approach your situation as calmly and rationally as possible. The silver lining is that, in doing so, you can cultivate deeper Truth and Compassion than the teacher, because your practice is grounded in harsh reality, not hypothesis.

You have to be physically fit to awaken Kundalini. You need to be doing Yoga, Pranayama breathing and Chanting along with Meditation to awaken Christ Consciousness. You will see flash imagery beyond belief in a bliss beyond bliss and being travelling at light speed in a Merkaba Aura for a couple of hours if you did it right. This requires a massive secretion of Amrita Nectar from the Pineal Gland. You see the ‘burning bush’, the ‘city of God’ etc. It is not a means to an end but it’s certainly the most powerful experience that an alive Human can have. This too wears off though so you won’t actually be permanently happy after awakening either.

I was hearing him out for a while, then he started saying you should recognise the insanity going on in your head and in the world, but to go along with it and 'have fun with it'. Then what's the point? Seems like you're saying you're above all the insanity and it's really beneath you....but you'll go ahead and adhere to the structures that force you to live in the exact same way regardless. So really I see nothing profound here. I actually think stuff like this is just as much of a problem as the problem(s) themselves. You're saying everything is messed up - about your mind, about humanity as a collective, not only that but it's getting increasingly worse on all fronts, and your 'solution' to this problem is to 'have fun with it'. Since when does having fun with insanity make you any less insane? It sounds like that makes you way more insane...to recognise something is insane but go along with it anyway... ?? All this just seems like a coping mechanism for helpless people who feel the need to present themselves as superior to the systems of insanity while at the same time do nothing to actually address the insanity. Also why do so many people think that human's have been living in bliss with nature up until the iphone? Most if not literally all of human history and pre-history is way more brutal than living paycheque to paycheque....

They don't want to die. They don't accept it. They definitely struggle to continue living. As someone who intentionally honors the rights of others it gets tiresome of listening to people talk so cavalierly about animals not having feelings, in order to justify what they do to them. It's no different than how people justified slavery or any other form of oppression.
