It's very tricky I would say go for the shovel method unless you are going for sub 2 or a low 2 minute. But the way I do it is line it up with how I do in my video>jump>let go of jump and hold w and shift>delay the extinguisher just a tiny bit, hard to explain well but you can get it consistently with alot of practice
Flying with the extinguisher is easy it's just the timing that is a bit tricky, you just have to hold left click for a bit, let go and repeat. And for the clipping through walls it's normally done with climbing on objects then using the fire extinguisher mid way through climbing not too hard
Bro wants to change route to save more time? What route, my man is climbing thru walls and clips into a safe, what route except literally going noclip == yes saves more time
Clipping through the van is as simple as jumping and pressing crouch at the right time, it's a generous window Not too sure if anything is patched or not haven't opened the game in awhile lol, I doubt it tho
