Even if it was allowed it's not really possible the game is way too smooth which makes it harder, both very low FPS and very high FPS make things harder.
this speedrun is pretty cool. Especially when you beat act 2 for like 14 seconds. Are you used some console commands that can change graphics to optimize the game? Feels a bit fake tho but still cool!
The game graphics are different because through some console commands I can get them to be this way to reduce lag spikes (my pc isn't very good). Through the console I also lowered the games fps (which is legal in the speedrunning rules, every top 10 run uses this) to make some glitches easier. I get why it might feel fake but if you look at the wr and other runs they are basically the same
Why do you need to use version 1.1.6 to speedrun? Is it necessary? Why do most, if not ALL speedrunners use that specific version? I know they have guides on how to get it on the discord, but I haven't looked myself yet.

Some of the clips are possible on console but not all, on pc the clips are easier on the version 1.1.6 rather than the latest version. I used a glitch to freeze the game but I kept moving so I made it on the ball and since the physics sucks if you do it correctly the ball will kill you from fall damage

If you try enough you might find a somewhat consistent way to do it, like I did, even though the tv clip is pretty hard compared to the brick
