I needed this. You helped me figure out why my 4 month old doesn't like tummy time - reflux. He's had it since he was born. My husband, older son, and I do recline with him, but I thought he had to get flat on the floor. He's already very active and moves around a lot on his back, but as soon as he goes on his tummy the tears start. I think I'll keep on the reclined route or try a ball with him and see if it helps. Thanks!

Very nice. I also like to think about what helps/motivates me to exercise....something interesting to look at 👀, listening to music👂🎶, having a friend with me🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️. Those sensory inputs can motivate our babies to keep exercising as well. 😊 Thanks for sharing!

    Thank you for this video!
My daughter just turned 6 months. She is doing well at tummy time and is sitting independently. However, she still has not rolled over and when she is on her tummy she does not put her arms out in front of her- rather, she puts them to her sides kind of like a fish, lol. If I physically move her arms out in front she will only hold them there as long as my hands are there to keep her from moving them. I've tried interesting toys, getting down on the floor in front of her, and all of the tips on this video and still no luck. Have you seen this before and do you have any suggestions for it that I haven't thought of? She is already behind on the rolling milestone and I am worried that she will be delayed in crawling as well.

My daughter is 4 months old and does the same thing (moves her hands to her side). Any tips?

Would have been nice if you had visuals/examples of each position.

My 2month baby cries when he's trying to lift his head. He likes laying on the tummy and licking his hand though 😆. How can I help him raise his head without struggling too much?
