How to use an albuterol or ventolin or proair inhaler by Dr. Michael Brown with onstageRx.com
1. Take off the cap, make sure mouthpiece is clean
2. Shake 10-15 times
3. W/O the inhaler deep breath in and deep breath out all the way
4. Holding upright put lips around and in mouth, above tounge, and between teeth, sealing lips
5. Begin to breath in slowly
6. Press down on the inhaler just after you begin to breath in
7. Continue to slowly breath in as much as you can
8. Hold breath for 10 seconds or as lung as comfortable (this part is very important
9, Breath out slowly
10. Repeat for a second dose

Thank you..just started this today and my first go was definitely wrong..I just pumped it twice without even breathing in, then took a breath but that's exactly what I did just took a breath...it gave me a slight numby feeling and didn't seem to do anything 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ so simple I feel like a fool but I got no clear instructions..thank you again

I did that once and recently which is not helpful taking one you are trying to reduce whatever is going on with you. I suggest taking two puffs but a min of each other while following this demonstration. Please carefully watch this demo because no more than two puffs! You can overdose on the medicine. Every 4/6 hrs as it wears off by then and when needed especially for wheezing. Also, please read the directions on your paperwork that was provided. And look out for any side effects. Hope this help!
