The Laugavegur trail, a 55-mile adventure that crosses the Icelandic highlands from Landmannalaugar to Thórsmörk.
While the topographical distance is 35 miles, the actual route, accounting for valleys and ravines, extends to 55 miles
This world-renowned trail, offers a breathtaking journey through diverse landscapes, including rhyolite mountains, glacier valleys, geothermal ponds, black obsidian lava, Black sandy desert, Rivers, Volcanic slopes covered in moss.
You are faced with the Icelandic elements including high winds, rain, sun and clouds.
Day 1) Landmannalaugar - Hrafntinnusker
Day 2) Hrafntinnusker - Álftavatn
Day 3) Álftavatn - Emstrur
Day 4) Emstrur - Thórsmörk
