Hey Leksi! Flutes are samples (spitfireaudio BML flute). These videos comprise live players, embellished with samples. This gives a 'larger than life' sound and also means the vidoes get made a little quicker - getting a woodwind session in wasn't possible at the time!

This is cool, but I don't think the Doctor Who theme should be fully orchestral... I think It should be a good balance of orchestra and computer... Like the Tennant theme... or the Howell theme had a strings part in it. It's a show about traveling in time ( and space ) so I think having a classic orchestra and a modern computer mesh is perfect
