Good honest car and still a huge market for this. Hopefully they get you sorted soon with the surgery but you sound a lot clearer than you might think 👏
To me, I sound awful but that's just my self-conscious side coming out. I'm back for a biopsy tomorrow and hopefully it'll be negative and then I can get on with recovery and surgery. Thanks Eric
Have they sorted the wet timing belt problem I've heard the new 2024 model has a new timing chain if so ld buy one they look very good but the very unreliable wet timing belt was holding me back thanks Bob for a very good review
Another great and honest review, Bob. I'm with you about the Fisher Price Steering wheel, I'm not tall, 5'8", but I find the wheel gets in the way of the dash. Good luck with your biopsy and surgery.
Bob With all manufacturer's now turning away from diesel, do you think Garages will stop selling diesel fuel? That Peugeot looks good, glad it is still ICE, however those tiny overboosted engines cannot last, Ford with their eco-boom engine, PSA with their Puretech, all 3 cylinder, all oil burners, all seem to self destruct. USA have cars doing 250k upward, Europe now 100K is lucky, and none of these 3 cylinder cars manage it.
I just commented something similar before reading your one and I think it's the second and third owners that will be suffering. I have one of the last 3.0 diesel (2018 BMW G30) engines that aren't stuck with an electric motor as well and at 75 MPH it just ticks along at just shy of 1500 revs... some contrast to one of these above engines.
I can't see a garage stopping profit. We are decades away from the end of useful diesel engines, The expense of change is huge, especially for truck and van drivers
Cool video Bob...always liked Peugeot exteriors, have they gotten rid of that silly dash\steering wheel setup? I could never see the speedo and rev counter properly if I set up the steering wheel in a place that felt comfortable.
I am an avid Peugeot fan since the 306 and other 06 models. I just don't like the styling on these models. It leaves me cold. Maybe it will grow on me. Nice engine and gearbox combo though! 😊
Great Review Bob as usual good luck with surgery tomorrow hopefully everything will go well

Best of luck today Bob and you don't sound awful. Either way, you're still witty & know your stuff. Keep going 💪
Bob where you are now is not where you’ll be. It’s a journey, keep trekking 💪. You’ve come this far.
Good to see you back
I wonder about the long term wear on a small engine that needs revs and turbo-help to shift itself around.
Well done for getting the edit done, and good luck tomorrow.

Best of luck with your check up and surgery.
Not a bad looking wee car but I really just wanted to say Bob I hope you're ok, keep the head up, I hope you're feeling better soon.
I hope the very same thing!
Another great and honest review, Bob.

The steering wheel has always been my problem and even though I’ve gotten used to it I still can’t get fully with it

Looks like a disaster of a car
But it's still a crap 1.2 wetbelt engine that will fail, just like the ecoshit engines!!
Are you sure because new ones should have chain now?
No they still have belt not chain that's were the big fail is @@Sherukka
