I always wanted to learn c2c so I have now made a baby blanket an an afghan , this was so easy it always looked so confusing to me but I had a very good teacher. Thx Crystal I picked it up really quick thx to you.
I love this blanket. I actually just finished it using Patons Big Boucle yarn and a P Hook (12mm). I used 5.5 balls (I played a little yarn chicken but won, wooohooo). I've always had trouble doing a C2C but these instructions were great. I struggled in the beginning with turning but just rewatched a few times to get it down. Thank you again Crystal for always being one of the best instructors for crochet. Have a great day!

This is my favorite stitch to use. I am in the process of putting a border on my square C2C baby blanket made of Bernat #3 baby/sport yarn. I am going to make the border wide enough to end up with a 32" - 33" square.

Some start with a circle...that threw me off. I like Crystal's explanation about working the new block in the chain 6 before turning too. That was confusing me!

This one is on my to do list. Interesting to read other posts. I am glad I am not the only one who has struggled with this stitch and I consider myself an advanced intermediate crocher. Once I really get it started it comes out but I have to try it several times to get it turned right. Also live that yarn. I have not seen that line of velvet yarns before and I love velvet yarns.
I have struggled with this stitch for years. You make it so easy. Now I know what I have done wrong. I have an Afghan I started 2 years ago for my grandson. I have ripped 50 rows twice & thought I would have to again. Since watching your video, I realize my error was decreasing both sides. I may finish it by June now. Thanks. Just discovered Bernat velvet yarns. Love them. I'm crocheting myself a cardigan out of the Baby Crushed Velvet right now. Soo soft. In "Rose Petal". It is on sale at Michaels. I bought the Baby Velvet in a slate blue and egg yolk yellow too. Very easy to crochet with. I watch all your videos from both channels but don't always comment. The content is always informative and entertaining.

Thanks for this video. I've been hooked on the merge blanket for about 6 months and I wanted to try a new pattern. 3 weeks ago I made a c2c blanket. My next one will be made by your pattern. I like that you chained 6 and worked it before you turned. That looks so much easier. Been crocheting for 53 years and I always learn something new from your videos.

C2C really only has a few steps. It's the easiest blanket I've ever made.
C2c is one of my favorite patterns especially when I have scrap yarns to use up. You did a great job in demonstrating it clearly.

You will find that it is really not too difficult. 💖 I am sure Crystal will give really clear directions on what to do to make it a rectangle.

Corner to corner is my favorite for blankets! It works up so fast. I made 7 baby blankets during quarantine and just started working on #8.
