Great work! Please upload the test of freestyle with high speed and a lot of yaws. If it resolves the thumble/yaw washout issue, main problem of avata, then I think your stock will be sold out quickly! :D People would love it!
This! Do some juicy flicks during the test. It's the trick I have the hardest time doing with the avata because it will constantly tumble if you do it.
Nice video. Thing is that you advertised that upgrade as yaw washout free. Flight time is rather on 3rd ish place not only for me. Nice to see it s flying in general lol
I ordered the frame kit... then saw this video and wish I hadn't... the whole point of the avata is it does things no other whoop can do. For example, horizon lock and fly backwards in sport mode with a subject coming towards you, or sideways. Excellent for b roll footage. But with this frame all those positives are gone and it's basically like any other whoop now from a camera perspective. Disappointed tbh. I understand its likely mounted where it is for c of g . But this improved flying experience is at the cost of the avatas unique features.
@@lopesdev Nice... Still a shame. It would be nice just to push that camera forward a little more to get no frame at 0 degrees. I have been looking at the Medlin drone gimbals
10 minutes is what I usually get without a GoPro. I've never approached 14 minutes, but I probably push it more than most, which is why I'm here researching a new frame.
So this is the same as stock since it gets around 8 minutes at 30% battery. I just dont understand why you need to put camera angle at 30 or more degrees to not show the frame in the footage
@@lopesdev looked like they did 18 degrees on the first flight, and that was enough to see past the frame, but you make a good point that it's a consideration that it might stay visible on sport and normal modes
@@FlightClubProductions I think that at 18 degrees you could still see a bit of the frame at the bottom of the video, if I'm not mistaken it was only around 30 that you couldn't see anything. I wonder if the frame will be bigger at the front for this to happen? either way they should inform consumers of this
I never trust my Avata both stock or 3.5 kit upgraded with a full gopro on it. I have encountered this dangerous behavior a few times after take off in N mode, i believe people called it "Fly away issue", because the Avata keep moving forward faster and faster by it self even with full 30 GPS and sensors working normally. I have to hold the stick back and rev full throttle for couple of seconds to level the quad, after that i switched to M mode and able to fly it like normal FPV, but it still very dangerous especially in tight space.

Do any of the rates or settings need to change after install?
Are you guys gonna make something for the DJI FPV drone? If yes when ?
I’m doing now。
@@FPV_Crazy when can we have a sneak peek ?
Any news?
would love to test that kit

We’re the test flow with stock or upgraded motors?
hi, nice place, looks good, waiting for order 3.5 frame, what is the speed?
So you always need to fly with 30 degrees or more so the frame doesnt appear in the footage?
It looked like 18 degrees just had the guards in the corner. Maybe just over 20 degrees would take it out

@@YorkyPoo_UAV they just replied me on another video, they confirmed over 18 degrees to not see the frame

I always get around 7 minutes pushing it 3 or 4 times, and landing at 30% battery

@@lopesdev the shroud has to be bigger. Keep in mind this upgrade moves you up almost half an inch in prop diameter. (2.9 to 3.5)
Amigo what motor rites do ypu use en that avatar axis 3.5?
Awesome. 👏🏼
Guys, when will you start shipping orders? I ordered it na 1st march, but it having status wait shipping yet, and nobody answering((
