I love this fucking game. It's been such a blast. My fav thing is the soul steal mechanic. Using souls for a soul burst attack is fun.
i unlocked that, just to execute.
brought a few days and at chapter 6 - cost me boss fights when i didn't grasp the combat mechanics and the game doesn't tell you some things clearly.
the repair is a really good starter speed weapon imo i got it to triple S already and got my time for the first main mission to under 20 mins 19 min 33 sec is my fastest so far trying for under 15 min mark ill get there if i focus up btw you can take the hands off of the boss in the first main story mission makes the fight easier

The Bovelkr is easily one of the best weapons to me. I got it to S proficiency before anything else too
I know I'm gonna sound like an asshole when I say this, but all of these tips are in the tutorial of the game. Admittedly, I didn't know that jump + triangle was unblockable, though.
The tutorial was based on the demo :) Eventually Ill push a combo set and tricks based on the real game. Thanks for the support

What control scheme does everyone use? I find the C option the best with R1 (Normal Attack) and R2 (Heavy Attack) to feel the most natural.
Try this :) When you do your combo either with normal or heavy attack dont finish the combo instead execute guard. Instead of having a “recovery period” you can connect and reset your combos so it will be like continues lol
