I’ve had the AL510 for at least 5 years now. I use it on my 01 Celica, 04 Sienna, and my 99 Camry. I’ve used it on American cars and trucks, all Japanese be hi also, Hyundai, Kia and one BMW 1996-2018 It works well for emissions and motor codes just like JT describes. For the money I have no complaints. I will add that we do have emissions testing in my state and it’s saved my friends and I a few times. When it shows a code that’s stored in your car, you just push the ? ( question mark, I didn’t typo ) and it will tell you what the code means. Also, I know this doesn’t fix a problem but if you must pass a states emission test you can drive around with it plugged in while it runs the drive tests. The scanner will tell you when it’s ready to test against the DMV scanner. You know the feeling when you fail an emissions test, reset it or fix it and the engine light comes back on 1/4 mile from the DMV. Well the check marks he pointed out, will go from red to yellow to green ( ready ) when all the tests are complete . Good, durable scanner for the money . Check out Scotties videos, he explains what that live data means in very simple language.

Freeze frame data is just numeric , not in a graph format.

I just found one of these for $44.00 I'm trying to decide if it's worth the investment, but at that price I guess how can you go wrong.

I still have the P1441 code (EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge Condition) on my 96 Impala. I changed all hoses and I hear the sucking noise when opening the fuel cap, so it is tight. Do you have any experience on that topic ?

From my tests and reading it will pull an abs code but not air bag fault.

@@RubberCityMotoring Ain't it though. that's why I opted for Bluedriver even though I have a few of these sub 200 scanners. it has a couple of unique feature none of the others have like mode 6 and recall info.
