Awesome scanner but I would recommend getting the 908 series which has bi-directional control so you can manually operate most devices on your car manually and properly diagnose all your issues with whatever is going on in your car. This scanner also has a feature that will tell you if someone has recently reset the DTC‘s if you’re buying a used car, this is invaluable and can save you thousands of dollars.

Good info pls keep posting diag stuff
Think the I car is locked to one vehicle only, there is one for VW but its only for 3 cars. if you can find older model cables it will do pre 2016 VW and audi with no limits. The higher end units watch buying 5-6 yr old ones as the update id more money that just buying a new machine.
The 3rd scan tool($500) has a yearly fee, alot of those really expensive ones will have a yearly fee and if u dont pay the fee they will void the "lifetime warranty" so if anything happens like a blue screen or it bricks, that will be $$$ out of pocket
Do you recommend the $50 one over the bluedriver scanner? I just bought a car off of facebook marketplace and got duped.. pep boys is telling me its gonna be $3000 i want to buy one of these and check for myself
@@TheTruthWholeTruthNothingButTh the al519 is a cel( check engine light) reader and can read live data on the engine, with mode 6 and smog check to see if you will pass (if you had to reset a cel)
If your the average mil Joe who doesn't work on your car and want to make sure what the mechanic says is true to what your scanner says, then yes the auto link is good, if your going to be a diy-r I'd advise the autel md 806 for the 4 main system scan ( the pro is a full system scanner)the auto link isn't a full system scanner
Blue driver has website ( youtube) if your a begging diy-r who is wanting to do minor to medium repairs but don't know what their doing or where the problem is

Hello please am new into the diagnosis program...and I want to start up with a laptop then save up to buy an autel....but I don't know with software I should use..... please can someone enlighten me
I need a scanner for 150 bucks, that is up to date for a 2010 bmw x3 xdrive, and a 2009 bmw 323i.
Which one should I get?

Thank you
I have 2000 Toyota Corolla LE(automatic transmission), my floor shifter is locked sometimes, other time I can’t turn engine on, I must shift gear to N then I can turn engine on. I don’t know the cause from shift solenoid or brake light switch or transmission solenoid....
I don’t see any check light on dashboard.
Can you tell me which scanner can detect this problem, showing me what wrong????
Thanks,
I pay tow truck and deliver my 2015 be Jetta to the VW dealer in Ft Myers and they say we cannot make diagnostic the car because we cannot connect the computer there is not functioning.I don't know what is the problem and what I can do with the car
The maxi one looks more better then the rest. If you are doing heavy work on cars like. I do get that. I use a snap on scanner called motis that cost $6000.00 I did not pay for it but the maxi does that same thing as the snap on but cheaper so if you are looking to get a scanner get a maxi you don't need something that expensive
Hey can I program my BMW 3 series 2010 key fob with IMAX808 AUTEL,

Thank you excellent continue other videos
am glad there is a Canadian you tuber lol
So many fraudsters on you tube you knew he was full of it when he said this can tell you more in an hr than a mechanic can tell you.... this is a clear commercial for autel
And he probably got a free high end scanner for this advertisement.
Plenty of shady mechanics out there too.
Have to checked the autel ultra ?
Good teaching
It will supply power with ignition off
I look to read codes and clear them on my ford transit f350 2016/2017 what can be good device for me?
I’m a year late to the video but it’s doesn’t change the fact that I’m subscribing 0:38 into the video. All because no giant intro for not apparent reason at all...
Thanks Gregg! I appreciate the sub and your feedback 🙌
That maxicom big screen you can get a phone version that shows the same stuff. With a dongle for 23 dollars dont waste your money on this big screen hyper tough from walmart with white dongle operates through autel it shows the exact same thing
What do I look for to get the same features on the cheap?
