      For omega 3 stop eating fish. The fish get their omega 3 eating sea plants like algae. Take those directly instead of killing innocent beings to take their omega 3

      Organic extra Virginia Castor oil
      Google
      Queen of Thrones they sell that Castor oil

    I've been taking lutein, bilberry and zeaxanthin combined supplement for a few months now and my eyesight has hugely improved. I no longer need a magnifying glass to read ingredients on food labels and I passed an eye test recently, which surprised me as I always used to fail on the bottom line.
    I also have started eating many of the foods mentioned in this great little video, though I don't like shellfish or seafood other than salmon and my concern there is mercury contamination.

    Fish from ocean and swimms and all green vegetable are good and rich for your eye sight and few vegatable improve your eye sight the natural fruit and lot of water and sleeping over 6 to 8hrs hrs a day improve your vision the police fish help you zebra fish with stripe on side 3 times a week help or as much as you can even to but it help on a longer basic

    I had very bad dry eyes for over a year and no relief from my ophthalmologist.
    My naturopath suggested every one of these supplements in this video! This guy knows what he’s talking about! My dry eyes have been reduced 75 to 90% in six weeks alone. I’m going to continue to watch all his videos.

      Hi yes its a good idea to soak them in water until they germinate and start to sprout then dry them out again in the sun, or in a low temperature oven. This removed phytic acid from nuts and seeds making their minerals more absorbable. 💚👍

    Cut back on sugar bread juice, drink water , blue light screens for cell and tablet, walk daily look into distance, cut out margarine, cod liver oil, or artic krill oil

      Our bodies cannot produce Oil it must come in with diet healthy oils of course .nuts /seeds / fish oils/ avacardo . Etc. Cod liver oil krill all good .

    How many MG of milk thistle is recommended daily?

      Be careful with Milk Thistle. If you have any other allergies to plants especially Rag Weed, you can react to milk thistle. Plus is very hard on your liver. There's all kinds of info on the internet about how healthy it is, but when I was in Pharm a few years ago, we studied Milk Thistle and it's not kind to the body.

      Milk thistle should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. People with a history of hormone-related cancers, including breast, uterine, and prostate cancer, should not take milk thistle. DO NOT take milk thistle if you are allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, chamomile, yarrow, or daisies.
