"Where there is a will, there is a way", this proverb is proved true by IPS Officer Ilma Afroz, a farmer’s daughter from Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh. Against all odds, she has bagged 217th rank in Civil Services Examination 2017,
Being born in a poor farmer's family in Muradabad, she excelled in studies despite her father died when she was just 12 years old.
Ilma faced criticism being a girl, that she can't do anything in her life. But proving everyone wrong Ilma got into Delhi's St. Stephen's College and from there she got a scholarship for her abroad studies in London. But after achieving everything that she dreamt of there was something missing in her life and she came back to India and prepared for Civil Services UPSC Exams and cracked it
