Sir, I'm a continuous follower of your food recipes. All have been fantastic. I've one small doubt. You use plastic karandi for mixing in this recipe. But using plastic in heat is not good isn't it sir? We can use stainless steel or wooden karandi. So it'll be a guidance for new upcoming chefs 😊

It's not plastic. It's silicon, high temperature resistance and can bend to easily scrape the sides. Correct use for this application
