For the pizza: preheat your pan - right in the fire, if you’re comfortable with that. Get it good and hot before putting on your dough. You’re creating a pizza stone. When I do this at home in my oven, I heat the pan *upside down* while I’m making up my pizza on a piece of parchment paper, then cook the whole thing on flat underside of the pan. Thanks for your great ideas!
Good day to you! I am a senior rider on HONDA Cross Cub from Japan. I am enjoying camping, touring and upload video. This is so nice COOKING video! Awesome! Have a nice day my friend!
Hey camping sister, I put my pizza dough on my dashboard with the heater going to rise my bread/pizza dough then throw it on the fire. I don’t mix everything until I am ready to use it
I think if you put a lid on after adding toppings to your pizza and had hot coals onto the lid, you’ll be able to cook the pizza crust more to your liking and give a golden brown to the cheese a little
Pizza is undercooked on the crust but however you like it you do you. Maybe streatch the dough out bigger over a higher heat covered. I work at dominos, 575 degrees for 8 minutes with toppings on it is how they do it.
Instead of making your own pizza dough use pita or naan bread. Heat the bread in the skillet, once brown on one side, flip and add your sauce and favorite toppings. Cover with foil to melt the cheese and heat the toppings. Perfect for individual size pizzas. Fun for kids!

Thanks for the confidence!
You're welcome! Let us know how it turns out!
Great recipes! Easy to follow. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
I would do the pizza in a Dutch oven. Add some coals over the lead so the top and bottom cook evenly.

This all looks so good! I wonder if olive oil brushed on the crust before cooking may help make it a little crispier?
Hm. Haven’t had too much luck with that, unfortunately.
You might try a Dutch oven for the pizza that way your baking it evenly all the way around.

That pot w that stainless interior looks awesome! What was it called and where can I get one?
It is an Afghan pressure cooker. This particular one is called Mengrills.
Everything in this video is perfect. The recipes, voice over, editing everything. Keep up the great stuff!

where did you get the pot you use in the Broccoli Cheddar Soup?
It's from a company called Mengrills.
Awesome recipes! These would all work well in our portable ovens!
Cool! Give them a try and let us know.
Love ur ideas 💡
Thank you!!
Awesome ideas! Dumb question here....is the fire grate yours that you take with you. Or do u typically find them at campgrounds
Usually at campgrounds :)
YUMMY!😋
For the pizza you need to put a lid on upside down and put coals on it
I too want to know about the cool soup pot.
Hey! It’s an Afghan pressure cooker from Mengrills
For the pizza, you definitely need a better dough recipe. It's all in the dough for pizzas then it's the sauce than it is the cheese... Xxx
What kind of pot was that you put the broccoli in?
It's a pressure cooker pot that we got from a company called Mengrills! We don't use the pressure cooker feature as frequently.
Afghan pressure cookers contain lead. Just FYI.
簡単で美味しそう!
ありがとうございます
Love it
Thanks!
It that not cross contamination with the chicken before cooking?
Fantastic 🔥🔥👍
These are great recipes! try them out and let us know!
I would cover the chicken so it stayed moist
What kind of pan are you using
Hey Helge, it's a cast iron!
Use bread dough vs all purpose
Chicken will be cooke before those potatoes I think
Everything looked absolutely amazing. but I missed what you made the broccoli & cheddar soup in ? Whatever it is i need one. I tried looking in the description but didn't see it. If you could let me know that would be wonderful. And happy camping & cooking

@@TiaandAndy great thank you ill definitely be getting one of those.
Pizza dough looked raw.
MRE's are allot easier. Freeze dried meals are easier, Dehydrated meals are easier.
Everything is good except the mushrooms
