Hi Archers!
I've started an Archero Strategy Guide Series and I'm excited to share with you all Part 1 of who knows how many. I spend a lot of my time reading guides, watching videos and testing/experimenting things that are mentioned by other players.
Here I've compiled 3 USEFUL Strategies that will hopefully help you out a ton in Archero as it has done for me.

I have a week playing this game and i figured it out on my own
IMPORTANT: Re-rolling bosses no longer work and has been fixed with the new update. Level rerolling however, still works & changing mob variation for Chapter 7.

It works regardless online or offline. I'm using Android.
Hello i found out that u can increase yr attack speed by just tapping on the screen alone. After like a death scythe is thrown out, tap the screen once to reset the animation and throw another one out again in a shorter timespan. Practise this and u can kill monsters quickly

When I first started this game, the first thing on my mind was "oh shieet I have to kite like I'm on bot lane" ( adc main )

If you don't wish to trigger the devils on boss stages like the stump tree and the wolf, do it with the jump landing atk that deals -1 hp to you, repeat more times to gurantee the angels. But there is still a decent chance that devils still trigger even when you lose a lot of hp...... *Always take collision dmg instead of projectile dmg* and take it from the mobs instead of the boss if possible!
Thanks for adding this! For some reason, this doesn't work for me? I've tried it before but I always take so much damage. Am I suppose to be doing it in a certain angle?
@@SuperTeeds Yes, just move abit from where you were originally standing, its better to start attempting this after clearing the boss' minions.
For the stump tree boss, it can be trickier as you might get hit by the spread atk from the boss. But in the end, don't move too much away from the aoe of the landings, you will get used to the range after few times~

As for stutterstepping - you don’t have to move your controller in any direction. You can just tap on it as soon as you released the shot, and it will go the same. The difference is: if you have multi shot and moving your controller to stutterstep, the second shot will go in the direction you moved your controller, not the direction of an enemy. But by just tapping on the controller without moving it, all two (or, if you met a demon, three) shots will reach its destination.
I just came here for stutter stepping but it felt rude to leave before the video was over haha. I cleared 9 chapters without all this, this is gonna make my life a whole lot easier

Chapter 7 is insane, I made to stage six, but can´t move forward, it´s really hard. Need few more scrolls and also scythes to upgrade weapons. Only my rings and armor are purple, but that´s it :( Thanks for this vids, didn´t know that more peeps are interested in Archero :)

Boss reroll is really nice gonna try it in chpt 11 now also devil's walking through walls/water give 15% attack boost each just so you know :)

I’ll use the re-rolls to battle the harder bosses first 😂. That way, I can battle the final boss of the area at a more comfortable amount of HP.
Any advice for using tornado weapon? It's my only rare item and i want to use it to beat world 3, i struggle at stage 10.

Apply the stutter step if you aren't already! Don't ever pick up piercing and bouncy wall. Sometimes Ricochet if you want to but I recommend not to as it lowers your damage by half just like bouncy wall. Thank you so much!

Oh yeah stutterstepping works better with boomerang or fast attackspeed weapons. You just need to work on your timing. Using your off hand feels more natural imo.

You don't have to move to increase your speed. You can just press the button quickly and stand still. BTW nice video.

Of course I did not use this all along, tried out different sets but used this one from chapter 5-12

How can I sutterstep with saw blade, multishot and 3 attack speed boosts? My player doest stop throwing his weapon at the enemies

You don't
need to move your character in order to increase the attack speed, just timing your character's animation, and SINGLE TAP on the screen. It's kinda difficult to understand my bad English, but when your character completes the shooting animation, tap on the screen and don't make him move, the animation will be immediately reset !
I actually spoke about both methods in this video haha. It's a preference thing, but most people prefer the moving one over the tapping one because you're kind of "already dodging." It's hard to stay in place unless you're really strong and kill things very quickly.

You can cancel your attack animation only by tapping and dodge only when it is necessary.

Whats the meaning of stutterstepping..what you intend
So, since the health you loose from the devil and gain from HP boost is proportional to your base health, how many hp boosts do you usually feel like you need to trade for multi shot or front arrow?
I don't pick up health boosts purely for the Devil Trade but the lowest I would go with my health is around 1700. If you feel confident in your ability to defeat the boss and dodge attacks, go for it. If you don't, it's best to save your health until you're more comfortable with your skill level. :)

Hay teeds fyi if you leave the game paused for a while and come back to it it 4 hours later you get the the watch the advert for a power increase again at a later stage but do expect to it to tell you that the advert is not ready on the next time you try and use it also can anyone shed any light on slow projectile it doesn't seem to slow my projectiles or the enemies projectiles so what does it do
Chapter 7 is making me want to gracefully back flip off a bridge... But I'm hanging in there. In my opinion getting an extra life from the devil is essential for this chapter.
Getting extra life is worth it for all chapters! I hope you beat it soon! :)
On the subject of skipping bosses, does every boss have to appear at some point? Like if I’m on the last lvl and only have one boss left is it possible to get a different one then or do I have to face it since I haven’t yet done that?
You can face the same mini boss over and over again if you're lucky to re-roll into them again. :) You cannot do it with the end boss of all chapters however.
For the spider and skull boss... I don’t even shutterstep...I just stand still and shred them (if my loadout lets me lol)

Hey, so if we know how to stutter step, what do you think of attack speed boosts? Should we take it so that we don't need to stutter step as much? (I'm currently using Bow btw)
If you had enough attack speed, you won't really need to stutterstep anymore. However, I don't think you can reach enough attack speed in one run with the Death Scythe weapon so I would say always stutter step with that particular weapon at the least :)

Hmm I'm not sure how to explain it, I just tried it and it wad fairly straight forward for me. I would say just tap or move slightly as soon as you see your character throw it. I might make a separate guide for this with all weapons. :)

After watching this, I beat level 3 and made it halfway through 4
How are you dealing that lightning damage? For example at 0:40 since you have multishot you couldn't have lightning shot
My armor peice deals lightning damage to enemies who get too close too me :)
My fav weapon saw blade.
This was my fav, but now I really like the boomerang.
Do multi shots compound?

I don't usually do this simply because there is a stationary defense. Not moving means higher defense.
Not quite sure what you mean by level re-rolls ( is this the map structure? ) , since there are no actual "levels" before fighting a next boss, what is the difference between level/boss re-roll, I don't think I`ve ever lost an ability using the "re-roll feature" "_"
You lose a ability from the wheel (not the abilities you've chosen.) If you choose to re-roll the next boss (after the wheel), you will lose the ability. This doesn't happen for levels since you don't get a wheel during normal levels. However, it could happen if you do it on a level AFTER the boss. I haven't tested this one out yet but if it works the same way with boss after boss (chapter 7), I couldn't see why not!

Blue Scythe :) the Scythe is the best weapon in the game. But the Tornado is a fan favourite so honestly, just go with what you love!

Yeah, all boosts stack on each other. You can't get anything for the second time if it doesn't stack, like Blaze, Slow Projectile, etc.

You'll get the hang of it, just keep at it. Pick up multishot/front arrow when you can, but only once and don't stack them.

You should for all except Saw Blade since that weapon is so fast already. I haven't tested with the Saw Blade but it could slightly make it a bit faster... It is extremely hard to do though.
