WE need to strart talking/educating about the Constitution. The government schools are NOT going to do it, neither sides lawyers are going to do it. I've had these discussions with attorneys - their eyes glaze over. To me the first question our lawyers should ask is - "where in the US Constitution or the state Constitution was the government granted this power." Article 1 Section 8 listes every power the feds have, if its not there that power does not exist. Instead they want to argue minutia as to how the law is written. That legitimizes the illegal law. STOP DOING THAT! NONE of that matters if the power was not granted. I always corral them with that, I let them go no further until they understand 100% of what I am saying. Ultimately it is up to us, as attorneys are licenced - issued permission slips to practice law by the government. We need to read and understand the Declaration of Independence as that is the foundation of our government and the Constitution. And YES record everything, be blatant about it - it will put most on their best behaviour.
