    I love this machine. I went from 289 to 260 in 3 months. I use these videos first thing in the morning and again in the evening while watching my favorite shows. It is a fun workout. I use a weighted vest and ankle weights sometimes to challenge myself. I live on the third floor so needed a quiet machine. I have everyone try it when they come over. I cant wait to purchase the pink collection and make my own little mini gym! Thanks Sunny Health & Fitness. You guys are amazing !!!!

      Can you use this machine for longer continuous cardio for 30+ minutes at 130-150 heart rate?
      Does it make much noise?

    Instead of the typical rowing machine (some of which are bulky), I bought this instead and I'm love it. Zero regrets. In just a matter of a week, I can already feel my tummy tightening and even my lower back pain is slowly disappearing.

      @@bmp713 I’ve never monitored my heat rate while exercising, but the machine is quiet and I’m sure it can be used for 30+ minutes of moderate exercise.
      I think the time limit would probably be based off the individual using the machine more than the machine itself. I liked the fact that there were videos for workout ideas before I bought mine and I’m still happy with it.
      Hope that answers your questions, have a nice day.

      Does it workout your abs/midsection and arms at all? I’m trying to lose weight in those areas and getting a nice firm butt in the process would be a plus but not my main focus. Every other machine seems to hurt my joints.

    • @lashawnw3870

      @@andrialex1 Yes! Follow the workouts on here. Also you can't target weight loss, cardio burns the fat and then you can tone those areas 💛

I saw this and was EXTREMELY sceptical but due to all the exercises that can be done, and the resistance equivalent to 202lbs I thought why not… Holy crap, no more gym for me. This and my free weights are all that’s needed, lol makes my legs and a** wanna give out quick

    I just bought one of these. I like to work out on it while watching TV, so I don't really want to be thinking about a specific routine while doing it, I just want to be able to get on and go, watching TV makes it go by faster lol. I got this not only to improve my strength but also to shed off a bit of belly fat. Not much, I'm by no means overweight, I just want to flatten my stomach a little more. What I do is 10 minutes continuosly with 2 bands, which leaves me panting pretty hard, stop for a couple minutes to catch my breath, and then another 10 on one band. Altogether, this makes for 600 reps, 300 for each session. I also do full revolutions each time, which I feel everywhere afterwards, and I do this 6 days a week. I usually take one day a week to let my muscles recover, as I'm usually still a little sore the next day when I get back onto it. Will this be sufficient for what I'm trying to achieve?
    Also, it says I only burn about 90 calories each time I do this. That seems like very little for the burn I get, is this accurate?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      20 minutes all together on your Row-N-Ride is fantastic! What you're currently doing is an amazing place to start, we'd recommend sticking to this for several weeks, and keeping track of your progress with photos in the mirror from the front and side to keep track of your progress! Don't forget, your diet, sleep, stress, etc. will play a large role in the results you see as well so those may be factors you want to think about if you aren't seeing results. The calorie counter is just an estimate, and burn will vary heavily based on age, weight, gender, etc. as well as the intensity of your workout. The odds are you're burning more than 90 calories with 20 minutes of exercise. Women on average burn around 7-12 calories per minute while exercising, which could put you right around 140-240 calories burned for 20 minutes of exercise. And due to the compound nature of the Row-N-Ride, using a wide variety of muscles at once, the calorie-burning potential for this machine is higher than many! For a better calorie estimate, we'd recommend a fitness tracker that measures your heart rate as well during exercise for a more personalized calorie count.

    It’s also like doing squats too, right??? It works your bum?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Exactly! Our Row-N-Ride Machine comes with 3 resistance bands, providing 22 pounds of resistance each. It also is at highest tension in full extension of your squat, where your glutes see the highest activation. The machine is designed to help you sit back with your hips to see higher activation of the glutes and hamstrings through your squatting motion, and pivoting foot pedals to increase your range of motion. Check out this workout here to learn how you can use the Row-N-Ride machine to effectively target the glutes to tone, firm, and shape your butt.

    If I do this daily, what kind of weight could I lose in a month?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is a great cardiovascular workout that can be used for weight loss, and to strengthen and tone muscles in your lower body. We'd like to note, that spot reducing fat in specific areas isn't possible, and some people lose fat in some areas faster than others. However, it is possible to achieve fat loss while using a routine like this regularly! We recommend repeating this routine a few times through as you get stronger and fitter to continue to challenge your cardiovascular fitness and burn even more calories. As always, we recommend you speak with your doctor or main healthcare provider to determine if this machine is the best fit for you.

    Do you have any idea how many calories you will burn doing this exercise?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Since everyone's metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.

    I'm young, use a stationary bike and work out with weights and resistance bands and eat mostly spinach salads. Why can't I do the squat exercise with this Row & Rider without knee pain?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In many cases, knee pain should reduce as your muscles surrounding your knee gets stronger. Be sure you're sitting back with your hips in your squat to keep your knees behind the toes and reduce volume if this persists and work on slowly building strength. Also, be sure you're stretching out the muscles around your knees (quads in particular) to help reduce any tension that may be caused by tight muscles. Foam rolling works wonders for this as well. If the pain continues be sure to consult your doctor.

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The Row-N-Ride is designed to give users the ability to burn calories and help develop the muscles of the hips, back, arms, shoulders, and core. When using the resistance bands, you can perform smooth squats and row repetitions to help stimulate muscle growth and endurance. Users have reported weight loss, inches lost, and increased muscle tone.
