Causes and Fixes P000B Code: Exhaust “B” Camshaft Position Slow Response (Bank 1)

I have a 2012 dodge journey 4 cylinder se and it drives smooth and my P000B check engine code came on today. Im not sure what is causing it to do that

You can use a scanner to test Sensors , to clean oil control valve, timing, and look for misfires
