Daniel day Lewis even lived with the real Indiana people for about 5/6 mts to learn everything about them for the roll he played in that film one of those actors who really deserves more films but he's seen what Hollywood is like and no amount of money could bring him back to that place, so we were really lucky to see him play the films he did play i think he was thinking about his wife and kids, you all know the story, he lives not to far away from me but i never see him or that, but a legend just like John wick, , not many good guys left in that place omg it most be very frightening for those little kids, ill say no more because you all know what i mean ppl . God help us all,

Special credit to Jodhi May as Alice... the complete look of despair in her eyes before she plunges off the cliff, given the actress was only 17 at the time really sells arguably the most tear-jerking moment of the film.
