Today's video took a real long time to make, so sorry for the delay! This is probably one of the most fun Traumathon entries I had to make tho, as you can tell by how LONG it is, so I'd appreciate if ya'll can give it a like to help it get picked up by the AlGodrithm. Ty
I HATE the misuse of the name "Skinwalker" that is everywhere. A Skinwalker is a defined Native American legend, not just any old weird monster. It's more akin to a Witch. It's a PERSON who has made a deal with dark things for the power to change shape into animals using skins and oils. The weird thing is the whole Rake/Crawler/Fleshgait style monster people are calling Skinwalker look more like the traditional description of Wendigo. I know the name Skinwalker is creepy AF, but I wish people would use it on the right kind of things.
Honestly. And it's not like they'd pop up just anywhere, either. It's a belief of a specific culture in a specific region. It's like saying you took a selfie with the nuckelavee in Wisconsin.
As an indigenous person, i hate the misuse of the skinwalker with the raging flames of the sun, and it doesn’t help that the people who are mostly misusing their name are white people COUGHCOUGH
@@chocomelo454 I adore the modern take on them. The Deer skulled beast design is great and spooky as all hell. It's not accurate but I accept it just because it's such a good visual. I do wish more stories used the Traditional description though. They're both terrifying.
The kids can definetly get scared like that by simply looking at a dark area. As a kid, I had many sleepless nights because everything around me was some kind of deformed face.
as someone with a life long phobia of the dark/darkspaces when i see darker space it just. spreads coming closer to me, a cople of years back when i had to work in the winter months i remember trying to walk home from my bus and getting distracted by dark driveways and the inside of a house that was just built id always end up running back to my families apartment even if the sidewalk was icey id freak myself out just looking at the darkness just.... growing
When I was a kid I couldn't even look at the floor in the car at night because it was too dark, so I can completely relate to a kid being told there's something in the dark behind them, and then them getting overwhelmed by looking into said darkness, even if they didn't see anything.
I used to live up the road from my town's main cemetery and when I was tiny I would absolutely freak the fuck out if anyone took me in there because I didn't understand what an urn looked like and saw a funerary ornament on top of one of the graves (a very simplistic urn - a bit like a traditional sake container, with a veil covering it) was a stylised depiction of an anguished face with a veil over the eyes and the rest of the head (think mother gothel irreversibly aging at the end of tangled and pulling her cloak over her face)
Theory: they had an angel statue/painting or just any statue and the two girls could vaguely see it in the dark and it looked supremely freaky so it scared the crap out of them
For the ghost car one, there’s an old tv show called Fact or Faked that covered this. It was essentially like a paranormal myth busters as they try to recreate the video and debunk them. They get over the top and convoluted with a lot of their theories on how videos were faked. However with that one, they set up a mock fence like that and had the chain link loosely attached at only the top. Their stunt car went through it with ease as the chain link basically moved like a curtain and let the car pass underneath, leaving only scratches on its hood/windshield. One guy’s theory was the driver knew the fence was loose like that, thus trusted the cop did not so he used that to make the cop stop chasing.
@@gazumcazum5250 sometimes their reactions to the videos they watched were really over the top for the camera to me. And they ALWAYS did a cliff hanger before each commercial break. I was mainly in to it to see spooky stuff. One episode I recall is they did alien hunting at a house and suddenly hundreds of worms came up from the lawn cuz aliens or something.
Does anyone else remember that “I have the body of a pig” video? That fuelled some nightmares for me as a kid. The video itself terrified me but just the concept of drowning in pig grease and becoming a ghost pig man thing is really gross and spooky
I remember this video because I watched it as a child and thought it was real 😭 luckily it ended up also being a hoax but it used to give me nightmares
Woah, when we're as kids we really come up with the craziest interpretations of single lines. I think i recall my idea of it was something akin to the punishments the English gave their Indian soldiers (which they would bury their dead bodies into a pigs flayed skin to disrespect their religious practices and decrease moral). The idea of being immortalised in the afterlife in a skin thats not your own did terrify me
I love the Fresno Nightcrawlers. They’re probably one of my favorite cryptids. They’re just so silly, like the way the smaller one looks like it’s trying to keep up with the big one. 😄
Stumbled upon this video by complete accident and despite the fact it's probably unlisted for a reason, I can't wait to watch it when it's made public or reuploaded! A long traumathon episode is always a treat and I can't thank you enough for making this series
As an indonesian thank you for covering so much of our folklore and ghost stories, and tuyul is a creature that mostly steals stuff, when i lose my stuff my sister always tell me that a tuyul did it lmao
I've always loved that second to last video, really comes down to what makes good horror and it's done so well. Suspense ✅ Strange/uneasy lighting✅ The unknown✅ Never see the monster ✅
I just get extremely frustrated when the monster isn't shown because it feels like a waste of built up of suspense. That video though really does it well and I think it really comes down to it being extremely short and it adds to the believability.
Me and my boyfriend, after two years together, broke up this week. October has always been my favorite time of the year and content like this has always been my comfort content and helps me get my mind off things. Long story short, thank you for 13:25. I really needed that tonight.
I know this pain, so I feel the need to say something useful to help, but even after so many years of being through this, I still don't have the right words. But at the very least I hope that tonight was a good night. That tomorrow is a better day. And that even after all of this, October remains as your favorite time of the year. Happy Halloween.
I’m sorry for your situation, October is a hard month for me as well. My wife and I were married on Halloween, it was such a special time for us. Several years later after I couldn’t take the lies, abuse, drinking, and cheating anymore I separated and she killed herself. She was only 31. This time of year is a time of mourning so videos like this definitely help me thru
I'm from Spain and I remember the fallen angel video being a commercial for Diesel, a clothing brand. Also, according to an interview with the creator, it seems that the movie Rec was inspired by this video and not the other way around, pretty interesting.
i would LOVE to know the connection between 'creepy fallen angel found footage' and 'clothing brand' because i dunno how anybody watching that was supposed to figure that out.
I'm a real scaredy cat when it comes to videos like these. Logically, I know 99.9% of them are fake or have a logical explanation, but I'm easily frightened. So having you pick them apart and explain them (and also "Supernatural DEEZ NUTS") really helps me get over those fears.
the two girls one is still one of my favorites. it likely was hoaxed but that fact you don't see what made one of them make a blood curdling scream is horror perfection
actually, i could have sworn, the person who uploaded that video to youtube's name was angel, so it was probably the angel kid standing in the dark cause they woke up, i.. could be wroing though, faulty memory.
I really love the Fresno night crawlers because I don’t find them scary at all, to me they’re like deer. You see them all peaceful and if they see you they’re just gonna run away. Like they couldn’t hurt you if they wanted to. Just some little guys. Walking around.
Oh my god Goose you had me dying for three minutes straight when you said "Supernatural these nuts!" and talking about the other ridiculous things that narrator was saying hahaha
omg the video with the "police officer" driving away from the "witch" is so hilarious to me. like, he could just drive off, why does he keep stopping the car to cry and let it hobble forward i'm DYING i'm honestly not usually into paranormal stuff, but the video with the little girls is amazing. even if they are probably just screaming about a dark room. i was scared of pretty much everything as a child, so that would have been me and my siblings lol
Please make more videos about old scary videos. These are super nostalgic to me. Feels like the Internet moved away from this vibe a few years ago and now everything's way too high quality or admittedly fictional.
Dude when I was younger I WAS FEASTING on TH-cam paranormal content, so many fake videos. And ones that freaked me out more then it should. An awesome time to be on TH-cam
Honestly i think the one with the kids is the most genuinely terrifying, becasue you can see in the video that there's nothing there, and yet a kid got scared enough to get up and go to their caretaker / parent, while the other was mocking them, then when the other looks over they ALSO get very suddenly and vecerally terrified. I know it's probably staged, but it's more scary since it's harder to get kids to fake things convincingly and the fact that just prior the other was mocking the first one almost give it a bit more authenticity when that same kid also gets extremely terrified of what was seemingly absolutely nothing.
Yea dude honestly I’m still trying to figure this one out. What could they have seen? That second girl jumped and screamed at the top of her lungs like she really saw something awful/horrifying. The mind wonders what they even could have used to prank them into that reaction. Not to mention if it was not a prank. What they saw.
@@maj1166 I think someone named Angel (another child, or the woman's friend or boyfriend or something) was hiding in the kitchen to scare the kids. I also think the woman is in on it, that's why she seems relatively unbothered/amused by the girls being scared and says "Angel's sleeping already" when the girl correctly identifies him.
@@gan5920 Good points, but she says 'the Angel' though which is weird- and the mom probably just thought the girl making faces had them both running away with their imaginations, plus her not being able to see anything herself - not to mention it's very easy to freeze in a strange and surprising situation, she wasn't saying a word. Finally not to mention how messed up you'd have to be to pull a prank like that on kids that age and not even laugh at least to lighten the mood!
In my opinion, I dont think there was anything there. I think that the girls are just over-imaginative. Of coure i cant 100% be sure about the girls but when i was a little kid, i get from happy and laughing to VERY scared just by looking at a dark window or dark corner of a room. My over-imaginative brain fills in the blank pretty quickly especially when it's already seeded with a thought of something scary. In that video, the girl on the right was already crying and spooked, maybe from being teased by the other girl or just genuine spooked at the dark room. And when the girl on the right went away leaving her alone on that table close to the dark kitchen (?), her imagination kicked up to 11 thinking there was something back there. Tldr; the kids aren't acting, it's just kids being over-imaginative...probably
Not sure where I heard this but I remember hearing the fallen angel video was part of an advertisement for a brand of jeans, and they had wings on the back pockets or something. Kind of lines up with your shoe company theory. Great content as always Goose, a new vid is always a treat!
Holy crap I remembered literally ALL OF THESE!!! These legitimately used to scare me so bad, in particular the one with the dude in the car/tractor crying in front of that hobbling witch thing. I'd huddle up with my cousin and watch these videos and sometimes we'd both get so freaked out we would go to our grandma to have her cleanse us with an egg (we're mexican lol). This was such a throwback, Goose. You did an amazing job in this video :DDD
my theory for the little girls at the table: they saw a bug when i was their age, a tiny little spider would absolutely make me react like that. hell, i still react like that to bigger bugs. i went completely speechless in fear a few weeks ago because i saw a roach the size of my hand (no joke). the scary thing being completely out of view of the camera makes total sense if it’s just a bug.
or someone pranking them , the video tags on the original video are prank halloween etc , it was uploaded 31 th october so it s alloween ,the mother didnt do anything than recording in the same angle and making fun of her sisters you would do something if it was legit like going to check out the hallway behind or do something and the set up is fishy ..final seconds the mom is laughing .i believe its fake
The 'fallen angel' video was a viral marketing campaign not for shoes, but for jeans. I forget which brand, but I do vividly remember - it was for freakin' jeans & the internet lost its mind thinking this was real proof of a fallen angel!
The paranormal video that always creeped me out back in the day was named something like "I have the body of a pig" Where they catch an evp saying.. well.. " I Have the body of a pig" and at that same moment there's like a creepy face thing seen in the darkest crawlspace of a basement or something.
for the last one, i think there was a hallway off to the right in the kitchen. if there was, it might be possible for the kids to see something peaking out without the camera being able to see it from that angle. granted theyd only see like 10 degrees more around the corner than the camera can, but still enough room for something spooky, or a prankster.
i really like how realistic you are when you look at these videos. you dont try to convince us that theyre real, but you also dont outright say theyre fake (unless theyre confirmed hoaxes). you always seem to provide pretty clear and probable explanations for how they came to be. and you dont pretend to be scared either! i just really like how authentic you are as a horror commentator. (addendum: and you actually try to do your research!)
As a heavy 2012 twitter user from Argentina I could not believe the moment Teresa Fidalgo made it into a Traumaton video. I kinda wanna see you cover Pitufo Enrique now and all the cautherised cows craze that happened in my country when I was a kid and was all over the news.
The "witch" clip was filmed by an officer but it was indeed found out to be fake. The video has the comedy tag in the description, and from what I heard it was a prank that the older officer pulled on a trainee. (whom you hear screaming)
The "Saudi Arabia Witch" video is actually one of my comfort videos. I always thought of it as fake and the screams he makes always give me a chuckle and make me forget about what was making me upset
if you ever do a video like this again, I'd love to see you cover the "I have the body of a pig" clip. I know it's fake as shit, I think I've seen a video once that explained exactly the editing and all that, but I still love it it's so creepy. I fully know how it was made and still just thinking about it makes me anxious. Also, another classic that made me panic as a kid, the Japanese one, where a reporter goes to some old hospital and sees ghost doctors in a mirror, or something like that, you probably know the one
9:07 I recognized this video immediately not because I had seen it, but because they narration and audio was sampled in Kavinsky’s song Pacific Coast Highway and was used as lore for Kavinsky himself as a musician.
The fallen angel video legit got me in a reality check my ass is getting old 💀 Like i genuinely haven't thought about that video for years and its changed identities 3 times 💀💀
Dude I just found your channel recently but am so lucky I did. Traumathon is amazing! Wish I had something like this planned for my channel, just working on a single longer Halloween episode but man these videos (including Traumathon 3) have really inspired me to work even harder! Thanks for your excellent work my friend!-SLD
Our version of the Kuyang is called "Manananggal". My Mom once told me about a possible encounter when she was pregnant with me. They were staying in my grandparents' house in a somewhat remote location where sightings of cryptids like the "White Lady" were reported. It was also the year of the Pinatubo eruption, so it was an uneasy time already. After some incident involving the antenna falling off the roof when it should be bolted and they heard nothing climb up there, they took out some garlic and salt (iirc) to deter any while my Mom slept. If these things were real, I'm thankful asf, lol.
22:36 i think there's a spider or something on doorway to the right of the second girl, you can see a black dot there during the entire video and then at 24:15 when the girl turns around and then screams she seems to be looking directly at it,which makes me think the black dot is a bug and her being so close to it scared her. now the first girl might be scared of the bug too but it seems like there's something more going on with her
That midbump got me. My dad got in a car accident and might be paralyzed from the waist down. He's been going through it. I've been trying to tell him but ive got an 11 month old child to take care of so i can't always make time to call him and it makes me feel guilty. Messages like you put in lift me up, even if its just for a minute or two. Thank you :)
13:39 i didnt expect to stumble across this message on a video like this. I work an incredibly rough job that has totally messed up my mental health that wasn't that good to begin with. I've felt trapped because i can't quit, the benefits of the job genuinely are too good, but- the customers are awful. Like, crying when I wake up awful. My own boss is having me sign up for FMLA for mental health-- which I haven't been hopeful about being approved. But, idk, this part of the video made me go "maybe it WILL be okay" and feel hopeful for the first time in a while ^^
I do remember watching a 'behind the scenes' of the fallen angel video where we can see the guy from the video with make-up all over sitting in a chair getting his torn off wings painted by a make-up artist with a brush, as far as I can remember, the fallen angel video was part of a whole movie production, but the movie likely got cancelled
The fallen angel in the woods remind me of a book that's called "Un señor muy viejo con unas alas enormes" Basically, this book is about how a couple find a very old looking angel stuck in the mud after a stormy night, and how they begin to make profit out of him until he finally grows some healthy wings and leave the place behind Idk
personally, I'm not terrified of Fresno Nightcrawlers. I think they're silly like dudes and I often like to draw them with little or big tophats, or no tophats at all.
Hi from Indonesia. Just in case you haven't seen it, the indonesian paranormal videos that actually still scares me is Reog; it's a mask used for traditional dances representing some deity or beast idk. But there are sooo many videos, with sounds, where the mask is moving by itself while being hanged in the wall. It's so unsettling on how good the video quality is, so I think it's worth checking out.
I remember that the fallen angel video lost all of it scare factor when I read a comment saying "God dam it! one can't no longer take a crap in the woods in peace"
I am almost 100% certain the fallen Angel hoax video was a company who made the video for a Jean company. They had a line of fallen Angel jeans and made spooky videos to sell them. I’m trying to look deeper to find evidence of this, but I remember hearing about this YEARS ago and I vividly remember it was a commission for a company who wanted to sell clothing.
i remember the fresno nightwalkers/crawlers specifically because of this one show i watched when i was younger where they would try to recreate what they saw in the video and maybe catch evidence of it but i dont remember what the show was called
Yeah I agree with the video with the kids, because when I was a kid a lot of shit terrified me like especially my grandma's old house, it was old so it made a lot of creeky sounds and that terrified me as kid, on top of that her basement scared the shit of me, I remember being in her basement alone as a kid and I screamed and cried to my mom so yeah, kids are just scared by a lot
Omg no way, a Portuguese video on Traumathon! Thanks for including it Goose, this video was absolutely legendary back in the day, being passed around in schools as sort of a dare/proof you weren't a pussy lmao
the one with the kids at the table gets me every single time. if it were two adults or whatever i wouldn't care but hearing how scared they were really got to me
Dude there was a video that HORRIFIED me as a kid, it's a little girl talking to the camera about her sisters doll that was given to her for her 15th birthday and in the video the doll turns her head to look at the girl and the sheer fear and reaction of the girl was enough to scare me.
the video of the two girls being scared of something in the room behind one of them reminds me of my own unreasonable fear of certain areas of my grandparents homes when i was little i would actively avoid going upstairs in either house, and in one of them the back room absolutely terrified me it doesnt feel too far fetched that the room just scares them, its exactly how i felt
As a Latine who's dad liked to record us (me and my siblings) all the time on the 90s/early 2000s and also liked to play pranks to us and also had prankster uncle's, the last video with the girls sounds like something my dad or uncles would totally do to me, my siblings and cousins :)
oh my god i remember those fallen angel sighting videos!! i watched a crap ton of those types of videos as a kid and completely forgot about them until now.
missed opportunity to discuss that one video with the demonic hands coming out of the walls like I've seen that vid used in so many stuff, even if it is fake man it looked pretty unsettling
What's really creepy is how utterly seen I felt when I was skipping through the ads and landed on the "It's been a while since I checked up on you" section.
Goose Boose you deserve way more attention for the ungodly amount of effort and top notch, hilarious, scary, and formal commentary. I’ve been watching you for a year, and yes I found you through the crying radio man video but still. Your the main reason for me truly getting into horror content. The only reason I know all those illegal snuff films, gore videos, ARGs, and horror movies is because of you and I love it. Even if I can’t manage to watch all of your videos as high school and friends and all that shit keeps me pretty busy for the ones that I can watch I always will finish them . I had to do my hw at midnight because I was to invested in your Gilbert Garfield video. Anyway I just wanted to say THANK YOU GOOSE BOOSE🎉🎉
The middle section where it asked me how I was doing scared me the most. Bc man I've been having it rough lately this month. Thank you for adding that in, it gave me a sign that everything WILL be ok.
I'd LOVE to see more of these types of videos on your channel! I remember a hoax gnome or goblin sighting video, I think it was from Peru or something, definitely a South American country if I'm not mistaken. I remember it spooked me as a kid, but today when I think about it I find it funny because the goblin laughed in a very cartoonish way.
I remember a mexican paranormal TH-camr years ago debunked the angel video, He found out it from a clothing company, I think they were promoting shirts, And the campaign was about angels ripping off their wings to be able to wear those shirts.
I personally would love to see another vid like this. The Fresno nightcrawler vid has been around forever but this is the very first time in have personally heard about it being a green screen? If I remember there was a whole episode of fact or faked about this vid and trying to figure it out, sometimes the most simple answer is the most logical. Thank you goose.
Video number six reminded me of that time a person (a woman i think), possing as La Llorona, was recorded wodering around a marginalized community in México scaring the locals with her brand crying and such... Yeah, she was shot :/ ANYWAY, I been loving all the videos so far, thank you so much for the work and deditation Goose !! :D
The witch video just made me chuckle, the way they hobble over the road looks like the witch in Into The Woods, the live stage recording. ALSO AYEE THE FRESNO NIGHTCRAWLERS, my favorite hoax/cryptid!!! They're just vibing, one of the vids just looks like one taking a walk with its child. Love them, walking pj pants.
13:25, last night, my cat Porter passed away. He was struggling with pneumonia and kidney failure. We sent him to the vet to monitor him over night, and we only got a proper good bye two days before. I'm at work right now and I'm trying desperately to not cry and be sent home because I need the money. Thank you so much for checking in, and I really needed this. My boyfriend and I are long distance and he can't be here to comfort me, so this was much needed
goose you have got me thru a lot of hard times, i’ve been subscribed since traumathon 1 and have never missed an upload. you are truly my fav youtuber❤️
Man that last video with the kids used to to scare the shit outta me when I was in my teens, the way they react is so natural. I always wished there was a follow up video where the mom investigated what they were actually scared of instead of just cutting off at the end.
I look forwards to October not for the spooks nor the Trick or Treating rather for a constant stream of Goose Boose content. I live for this my man I love it!
Man... this brought me back to when I was a kid watching paranormal and alien videos on youtube lmao Can't believe I'd seen all but one before and remembered them so vividly
FUN FACT: one of the oldest and funniest reuploads of the "Saudi Arabia witch on a road" video is named "Шайтан на трассе Атырау", which means "Shaitan on the Atyrau highway", Atyrau being a city in Kazakhstan. There's just something so funny about this name and the fact that people actually believe it happened in Atyrau, despite the fact that the guy in the video clearly doesn't speak in Kazakh. It was especially funny to see this video here, because it became a local meme among the community of one Russian streamer - "Dawg", who used to stream-react to a lot of "spooky videos" back in a day. I highly suggest you watch another video that got super popular in his community - "Перевернутая женщина" (Upside-down woman), this is the peak of "funny" meets "scary".
I remember reading about the kutang when I was about 8 and my mom was pregnant with my brother. so needless to say I had a hard time sleeping that night.
Once, when I was a child, there was one time that I got so scared that I almost shat myself. You know what spooked me that much? I saw some towels moving on the wind. I thought it was the ghost of my deceased grandmother moving the towels, and I was fucking frightened
You were almost right on the fallen angel video. It was not a shoe company, it was a jeans company. In the original ad(yes, it was an ad) after the footage you showed came the ad about how the jeans were so good even the fallen angel likes them or something like that; but every other upload had it removed. But as you said, can't find anything anymore on the web.
The Fresno Nightcrawlers always terrified me. The thought that someone lives in California, but it's not San Diego but Fresno is just unbearably depressing.
This was definitely a nostalgic video! I remember a lot of these. I used to scour the internet in search of aliens, cryptids, and ghosts, hoping to find the perfect "genuine" proof. My favorite was of boys playing soccer and an entity/alien comes from behind a telephone/light pole and grabs at one of the young men/boys. I was so much more afraid and fascinated by things before I realized most stuff on the internet is fake. If you chose to continue/extend this Traumathon by covering cryptid and paranormal videos past October, I would support it! It sounds very enjoyable!
Damn, that segment around the halfway mark kinda hit me in the feels. Things are going good for me though, just truckin' through life one day at a time. Love these videos though, especially since Halloween is coming real soon!
Wow ! 6:45, we call her Ap in Cambodia. I had no idea other people had different ideas of her ? Her story for us is that she is a princess that fell in love with a poor man despite being arranged to marry a rich man. So they went to burn her at a stake, but she went to a witch that gave her a fire resistance potion. She drank it before being burned alive, but the potion didn’t go through all throughout her body and only in her head and organs and that’s why she looks like that. So she’s cursed to crave blood/humans and roams at night.
Amazing video, as always! The classic horror videos give me so much nostalgia and it's nice to rewatch them from time to time. Also, thank you so much for the little intervention at 13:25. Have had a rough week and really needed it ❤
I managed to launch fallen angel site w/waybackmachine + chrome extension that run flash player stuff - it's called Catalonia Fallen Angel and there is a vid on youtube called Catalonia Fallen Angel's MakingOf (it's more like a teaser for the site)
This feels like a silly thing to mention, but thanks for like manually choosing where the ad goes and giving a little warning. It feels well structured and I like to watch TH-cam while doing chores and it’s nice to have a heads up that I should wash the dish soap or whatever off and get ready to skip an ad. I probably didn’t word this great, but thanks
Today's video took a real long time to make, so sorry for the delay! This is probably one of the most fun Traumathon entries I had to make tho, as you can tell by how LONG it is, so I'd appreciate if ya'll can give it a like to help it get picked up by the AlGodrithm. Ty
How are you able to make a comment 13mins ago when it just t got uploaded secs ago
peel
Does the wayback machine allow you to access websites that have been discontinued? In reguards to that first hoax clip
May the alGodrithm be ever in your favor
@@Miapandarubi I guess he comments before having the video show up for us, like while it's private

I used to watch every episode of that show and wanted to leave the same comment
@@gazumcazum5250 sometimes their reactions to the videos they watched were really over the top for the camera to me. And they ALWAYS did a cliff hanger before each commercial break. I was mainly in to it to see spooky stuff. One episode I recall is they did alien hunting at a house and suddenly hundreds of worms came up from the lawn cuz aliens or something.
That was one of my favorite shows back then!
@@TheDireBarbwire Of course it was over the top for the camera, but they did grab a lot of famous videos and almost always managed to disprove them.
Does anyone else remember that “I have the body of a pig” video? That fuelled some nightmares for me as a kid. The video itself terrified me but just the concept of drowning in pig grease and becoming a ghost pig man thing is really gross and spooky
I remember this video because I watched it as a child and thought it was real 😭 luckily it ended up also being a hoax but it used to give me nightmares
imma be honest, i never interpreted it that way. i thought the ghost just literally had a pig corpse in it's possession lmao.
@@Sivanot he was hungry 🤤
@Sivanot that’s even more terrifying
The idea of being immortalised in the afterlife in a skin thats not your own did terrify me
honestly id love a series of you just discussing these og paranormal videos

that would be amazing

I just get extremely frustrated when the monster isn't shown because it feels like a waste of built up of suspense. That video though really does it well and I think it really comes down to it being extremely short and it adds to the believability.

Me and my boyfriend, after two years together, broke up this week. October has always been my favorite time of the year and content like this has always been my comfort content and helps me get my mind off things. Long story short, thank you for 13:25. I really needed that tonight.
I'm sorry to hear that.
October/Halloween is also my favorite holiday/time of the year.
Sending well wishes, stranger~
Stay strong.
This time of year is a time of mourning so
videos like this definitely help me thru
i know how you feel, my partner just broke up with me and I've been struggling. stay strong
Hope you all good 💯
I'm from Spain and I remember the fallen angel video being a commercial for Diesel, a clothing brand. Also, according to an interview with the creator, it seems that the movie Rec was inspired by this video and not the other way around, pretty interesting.
Yep 👍
diesel... the same company who made the DMC2 collab... makes sense
This one is it.
That tracks for Diesel tbh
i would LOVE to know the connection between 'creepy fallen angel found footage' and 'clothing brand' because i dunno how anybody watching that was supposed to figure that out.
I don't think it was a hoax
More like, the lil girl saw an angel statue in the dark and yea freaked out by it
Probably the father wear something like a scary mask while in that dark room
actually, i could have sworn, the person who uploaded that video to youtube's name was angel, so it was probably the angel kid standing in the dark cause they woke up, i.. could be wroing though, faulty memory.
I really love the Fresno night crawlers because I don’t find them scary at all, to me they’re like deer. You see them all peaceful and if they see you they’re just gonna run away. Like they couldn’t hurt you if they wanted to. Just some little guys. Walking around.
maybe they just have long jeans
Oh my god Goose you had me dying for three minutes straight when you said "Supernatural these nuts!" and talking about the other ridiculous things that narrator was saying hahaha
omg the video with the "police officer" driving away from the "witch" is so hilarious to me. like, he could just drive off, why does he keep stopping the car to cry and let it hobble forward i'm DYING
i'm honestly not usually into paranormal stuff, but the video with the little girls is amazing. even if they are probably just screaming about a dark room. i was scared of pretty much everything as a child, so that would have been me and my siblings lol
I remember reading something about how it could be a prank that the driver is in on to scare the person filming
@@counterfeit1148 I have no real evidence but I am convinced that this is the case
@@bigfungus6988 Only one person is screaming. I am saying that the person who is not screaming is in on it.
Hope this doesn't come off as weird or anything but your pfp is gorgeous btw.
Oh i do wanna know what kind if brand that is it sounds awesome
i actually owned one of these jeans, can confirm they’re real
Similar to the Scary car video! That video was like an energy drink ad or something.
You did an amazing job in this video :DDD
awe man, that little segment.. where it said “you’re gonna be okay”
Needed that, thank you boose, reminding me it’s gonna be okay 💜
my theory for the little girls at the table: they saw a bug
when i was their age, a tiny little spider would absolutely make me react like that. hell, i still react like that to bigger bugs. i went completely speechless in fear a few weeks ago because i saw a roach the size of my hand (no joke). the scary thing being completely out of view of the camera makes total sense if it’s just a bug.
or someone pranking them , the video tags on the original video are prank halloween etc , it was uploaded 31 th october so it s alloween ,the mother didnt do anything than recording in the same angle and making fun of her sisters you would do something if it was legit like going to check out the hallway behind or do something and the set up is fishy ..final seconds the mom is laughing .i believe its fake
The 'fallen angel' video was a viral marketing campaign not for shoes, but for jeans. I forget which brand, but I do vividly remember - it was for freakin' jeans & the internet lost its mind thinking this was real proof of a fallen angel!
Diesel
The paranormal video that always creeped me out back in the day was named something like "I have the body of a pig" Where they catch an evp saying.. well.. " I Have the body of a pig" and at that same moment there's like a creepy face thing seen in the darkest crawlspace of a basement or something.
I remember seeing all of these when I was going through a "real-world spooky phase" as a kid.
Tbh that phase hasn't ended.
for the last one, i think there was a hallway off to the right in the kitchen. if there was, it might be possible for the kids to see something peaking out without the camera being able to see it from that angle. granted theyd only see like 10 degrees more around the corner than the camera can, but still enough room for something spooky, or a prankster.
Thanks for checking in mid video. ❤️ It's been a rough few months, but every day has the potential to be better. I hope you're doing well too.
i really like how realistic you are when you look at these videos. you dont try to convince us that theyre real, but you also dont outright say theyre fake (unless theyre confirmed hoaxes). you always seem to provide pretty clear and probable explanations for how they came to be. and you dont pretend to be scared either! i just really like how authentic you are as a horror commentator.
The fallen angel video legit got me in a reality check my ass is getting old 💀
Like i genuinely haven't thought about that video for years and its changed identities 3 times 💀💀
My videos are better than yours
The fallen angel in the woods remind me of a book that's called "Un señor muy viejo con unas alas enormes"
Basically, this book is about how a couple find a very old looking angel stuck in the mud after a stormy night, and how they begin to make profit out of him until he finally grows some healthy wings and leave the place behind
Idk
personally, I'm not terrified of Fresno Nightcrawlers. I think they're silly like dudes and I often like to draw them with little or big tophats, or no tophats at all.

Omg same I draw them with big old beady eyes and a lil happy smile lmao
I honestly can't get enough of how much effort goes into these as a avid horror fan I love your vids
I always thought the Fresno Nightwalkers were kinda cute. Just lil pants out for a stroll.
Fun fact, the band Kavinsky sampled the ghost car narrator in an absolutely fantastic song called Pacific Coast Highway.
“I have the body of a pig” was one that I remember scaring me as a kid.
i remember the fresno nightwalkers/crawlers specifically because of this one show i watched when i was younger where they would try to recreate what they saw in the video and maybe catch evidence of it but i dont remember what the show was called
I think I saw that too! I’m not sure what show it was either.
I still question if I'll be okay gooseboose... But, thank you. I hadn't really been checked up on by anyone for a long time now so I appreciate this.
I was surprised to see that too
I hope you feel better, I’ve been crappy too lately but we can get through this >:)

early youtube paranormal videos were honestly the most fun i had on youtube as a kid. a whole series of you reacting to them would be amazing.
God I remember being obsessed with a lot of these videos as a kid this is a great throwback
the one with the kids at the table gets me every single time. if it were two adults or whatever i wouldn't care but hearing how scared they were really got to me
Dude there was a video that HORRIFIED me as a kid, it's a little girl talking to the camera about her sisters doll that was given to her for her 15th birthday and in the video the doll turns her head to look at the girl and the sheer fear and reaction of the girl was enough to scare me.
Goose boose traumathon upload right before bed? Hell yeah!!! I love these sm I’ve been here since season one
Brb as I cry about the ad break T^T I love this horrifyingly wholesome community
the video of the two girls being scared of something in the room behind one of them reminds me of my own unreasonable fear of certain areas of my grandparents homes
when i was little i would actively avoid going upstairs in either house, and in one of them the back room absolutely terrified me
it doesnt feel too far fetched that the room just scares them, its exactly how i felt

Man... this brought me back to when I was a kid watching paranormal and alien videos on youtube lmao
Can't believe I'd seen all but one before and remembered them so vividly
Seeing all these nostalgic supernatural videos reminded me of this one video called “Roommate Alien Prank Gone Bad”. Use to scared the crap out of me😂
FUN FACT: one of the oldest and funniest reuploads of the "Saudi Arabia witch on a road" video is named "Шайтан на трассе Атырау", which means "Shaitan on the Atyrau highway", Atyrau being a city in Kazakhstan.
@PestoMayo I think I heard something like that, that's expected knowing the contents of the video though, the wacky walk of a "Shaitan" specially
I thought it was the ghost of my deceased grandmother moving the towels, and I was fucking frightened
absolutely what I needed rn thank you goose
You were almost right on the fallen angel video. It was not a shoe company, it was a jeans company. In the original ad(yes, it was an ad) after the footage you showed came the ad about how the jeans were so good even the fallen angel likes them or something like that; but every other upload had it removed. But as you said, can't find anything anymore on the web.
That short bit halfway through was something I really needed right now. Thanks, Goose.
Dawg you can't hit me with Ao Oni in the intro, and then the Majula theme almost immediately after. Two very different forms of nostalgia back to back
I want someone to add soundbites of Terry Jones's woman grunts (from Monty Python) to the hobbling witch clip, it would be hilarious!
LMFAO YES
The Fresno Nightcrawlers always terrified me. The thought that someone lives in California, but it's not San Diego but Fresno is just unbearably depressing.
Regarding the Rake theories, we can’t forget the fact that the Rake was created by a bunch of 4chan using basement dwellers.
Do you know what song is being used there? I've definitely played the game that it's from. Sounds like Resident Evil or something.
@@BlueBidyaGame Unfortunately I do not, sorry, it is very nice sounding though. Wish you luck in finding it.
Much love gooseboose thanks for the amazing content lately
Not talking about the plushie ad btw just skipping the TH-cam ads
