Neer Dosa & Egg Curry / Quick Breakfast
Ingredients:
*For Dosa :
Raw rice - 1 cup ( 200 g )
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup ( for grinding )
Water - 2 3/4 cup ( for batter )
Sugar - 1 tsp ( optional )
Salt
Ghee ( optional )
* For Egg Curry :
Boiled egg - 5
Oil
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 3 ( medium size )
Curry leaves
Green chilli - 3
Tomato - 1 ( small )
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Hot water - 1 cup
Salt
