@@ridawaris8880 I used a flash light to find the indentations on each number. Once I had found them on each wheel, I just followed his method of going up one number on each wheel. Eventually, it came to the right combination. I also needed to push the release button a bit harder for it to actually open. Worked exactly like in the video.
Dad told me that he wants to buy a new bag because his current bag's wheel broke off. I asked him what happened to the bag I took to college 7 years back...he said he had forgotten the code for the bag. You are a life saver! Same scenario as others here, locked self out of brand new luggage. I went ahead and purchased a tsa007 key (others may vary) as a fail safe when I travel as I have read these locks can jam while traveling, even with correct code.
Thank you! This principal worked for me on Constellation suitcase. Instead of a notch it had a flat part, whereas the rest of the numbers were cylindrical. I was directly under a light and viewed the area with my phone zoomed right in. Brilliant, thanks again.

I'm on a vacation for the first time alone with my parents and before leaving the house I locked the suitcase which had all our belongings in it... we didn't have time before we caught our flight early morning (all stores were closed), we decided to board the plane anyway and then figure it out... after nearly 3 hours, we were on the verge of breaking the zipper from lock and deal with it when we got home... I tried one more video before giving up and this helped me immensely. I usually don't comment anywhere but you seriously saved the day and a holiday 🙏💕
This actually works on the TSA007 that has the dials on the side as well. It's not as easy to see the notches as they are in the plastic. Line all the notches up facing straight out on each dial, then turn each dial one position and try to unlock. If it doesn't unlock, keep turning all dials one position until it unlocks. We had all our ports in the cupboard for several years and had no idea what the code was. Did this and it unlocked. It wasn't until we unlocked it and saw the code, we said of course that would be it 😀 Thanks for the video👍
This was too long ago to remember clearly but to be honest, I don't think it matters which way you go. I imagine you'd just turn ALL dials one number, in either direction and it should be one of the ten possible combinations. Try to unlock on each movement of the three dials. Hope this helps

You absolutely saved my life. This works! For newer locks, look for the groove on the metal insert that the number wheels are on. You can best see the grooves by standing on top of the case under a light. So grateful!

Cannot thank you enough. hauled out an old Delsey suitcase had no idea what the code was. Turned the light on and looked for the little indent on the silver wheels and POW fell open..GOD bless you for your help !
Omg I’m speechless!! Thank you so much!!! You’re a genius!!! ❤️ Just to add, for my suitcase, the silver bit was at the bottom (reading the numbers sideways and upside down). If looking at them the right way round then it’ll be on the left side of the numbers. The top/right is plastic and the bottom/left is silver. It took me a while because I kept looking at the plastic bit which in fact also has an indentation and didn’t check to see the numbers upside down. Good luck to all!

I also used a safety pin, but I put that into the side of the digit roller, so that when the gap came, the pin would fall in. This tip is most helpful for people with plastic dials.
ok I have never commented on an instagram video before but this saved my life. It is a little trickier on newer suitcases because the gap isn't as big, but if you look hard enough, you can see the notches on the wheel to the right of the number. thank you for this video !!

Wow. This even worked on a stand alone TSA007 Cable lock. A little harder to see inside the wheels than it seemed on this suitcase, but after I found the right lighting, it worked perfectly.
@@ZebaZizawar I basically just did exactly what is showed in this video. Push the wheels to one side or the other and look for a mechanism that rotates around the wheel next to one specific number. Then align all three mechanisms on the wheel in the unlock position. You might have to try them in different positions depending on where exactly the unlock position is for your specific lock. But, in theory, there should only be 10 possible positions on a 0 through 9 digit tumbler.
Awesome tutorial. We have a samsonite luggage since 2014 and we never use the zipper lock. Wanted to use it today to travel and found out that we couldn't unlock using default 000. thanks this helped me with my new SKYLINE Aldi suitcase. I was trying to open it all day but it was open all along but I was pulling the handles (lock) rather than pushing the latch like you did. Now after opening it. I set my new combinations without lock handles in the latch. Works wonders. Much appreciated.
It took me around an hour using my phone's camera and a high zoom setting. Is very difficult to rotate the numbers while keeping my camera hand steady. I think using your phone's camera and a high zoom (assuming your phone is somewhat recent and has a decent camera) is the key here... no way I could pull this off without it. But this works like a charm exactly as you described in the video. Also as others have said - my indentations were on the left side of the dials not the right so try both LIFE SAVER
Thanks for this. Just want to add here that I have got plastic on the sides , it was hard to locate the indentation . So you have to look at both sides of the dial to find it.
Thank you! This totally worked! Note to others having trouble, the notch was on a yellow plastic piece and was on the other side of the wheel (left side). It was much harder to see especially on the center wheel but I eventually got it.

I wouldn't have get into my house returning from a Cruise Holiday as my door key was in that luggage that we accidentally locked and not knowing what the number is to unlock it. Thank you. I must add... Definitely helps if done under a bright light. The 'indentation' on my lock was very fine and hard to distinguish it. Under a bright light definitely ensures success.

thanks this helped me with my new SKYLINE Aldi suitcase. I was trying to open it all day but it was open all along but I was pulling the handles (lock) rather than pushing the latch like you did. Now after opening it. I set my new combinations without lock handles in the latch. Works wonders. Much appreciated.

It took me around an hour using my phone's camera and a high zoom setting. Is very difficult to rotate the numbers while keeping my camera hand steady.
I think using your phone's camera and a high zoom (assuming your phone is somewhat recent and has a decent camera) is the key here... no way I could pull this off without it.
But this works like a charm exactly as you described in the video.
Also as others have said - my indentations were on the left side of the dials not the right so try both

Thanks for this. Just want to add here that I have got plastic on the sides , it was hard to locate the indentation . So you have to look at both sides of the dial to find it.
Thank you! This totally worked! Note to others having trouble, the notch was on a yellow plastic piece and was on the other side of the wheel (left side). It was much harder to see especially on the center wheel but I eventually got it.

oh my god! i didn‘t know that i could push this lock and i was praying for god to open it. my lock was just round and didn’t have any edges to tell that you can push it. i set the code to 000 and pushed it. thank god it worked bc my mom would b mad

You Rock! What a kind man you are to share this super Saver video on unlocking TSA007 Num Lock. I wouldn't have get into my house returning from a Cruise Holiday as my door key was in that luggage that we accidentally locked and not knowing what the number is to unlock it.
