My luggage set is brand new and one of them got locked, I'm not sure if I made a mistake when setting the code or if the lock is faulty (because the other two I set were perfectly fine). It has plastic cylinders and I'm not able to see the notches, I used my phone's flashlight too but the cylinders are so tight since it's brand new that there is virtually no gap to see where the notch would be. Did anyone else have this issue?

Years ago I bought a bag with one of these locks on. I did not read the instructions, not knowing it was a TSA bag, or what one was. So for for all those years I've had to use a external padlock as I had no idea what the combination was. A friend wants to borrow the bag and I thought I should see if I could sort it out. Thank you it's released now.
