This steps should help with any lock that look like the same model, I noticed on other models the gap is smaller but it is still the same way to unlock it. (sorry for the bad edit)

My brothers case had a different code too what he had put in and this video really helped me but if you want a shorter explanation : grab a torch or use the one from your phone then look under the spinning tiles there should just be plastic. Keep spinning until you see a space or gap. The gap under the tile should be on the right and the plastic where the gap ends should be on the left, once u have done this for each 3 codes you may have a number e.g 2, 5, 8 keep spinning the numbers together so you have e.g 2, 6, 9 then 3, 7, 0 keep trying this until it opens

Mother of God, this actually works! When the suitcase didn't open on the 6th combination I was slowly losing my faith but it opened on the 7th combi! Note to everyone: if your suitcase is locked again and doesn't open, note that the gaps will occur in different numbers on every subsequent attempt to pick the lock.

I saw a previous video trying to find the 3 code combination of a cash box. but until I saw this video to open lugagge, I could understand how to open that chash box. That happens when the numbers of the indentations are set but it won´t open yet. So, you need to add one number to every dial and continue doing it until the lock opens. Really helpful.

Since I knew how to reset the password and was in a rush, I left the store without having them set it for me! I come home and realized I couldn't open the lock! The new locks come with added security by having a little metal tongue in front of the wheels which hides de spaces from sight. The wheels are not pressured sensitive and audible clicks are not heard. Picking the lock with the tools is the only option. I know because I've just been trying for the last 3 hours. Thanks for your help anyway. I had no idea about the key for airport security to open your case.... I was thinking I had mislaid mine.

All the videos keep talking about finding a gap but there’s a gap underneath every number here. The thing is I don’t even know how the bag locked itself. It’s never been locked before and there’s no code. I just got home from a trip and realized the bag had somehow locked itself.

(Guessing my grandkids got into it & reset it). It works now!!! Was able to unlock, reset my code, tested it 3x times and it works so perfectly!!! Thank you ever so much!!!
perfectly explained and not over 5mins long. worked perfectly with a thrown out suitcase i've found that was probably gonna go to landfill. it was abit of fiddling but i managed to unlock it. another mans trash is another mans treasure~

Wow, it worked great. I needed to adapt slightly. After aligning the gaps, it didn't unlock. Then I shifted all of the by one place together and it unlocked after 3 moves. All in all took me couple of minutes without any tools. Just a mobile flash and hand.

Yes in my case it is appearing with different numbers and I've tried every possible combination with zero results

It works like magic...the default number is not always 000..it can be anything...so this really helps..thanks mate

Yeah the gaps aren't visible on mine either.
There are only 1000 combinations so 1 attempt per second and you should be done in 16 mins 😉

My parents locked themselves out of their travel case. This saved them quite some time.
