I am a men age 75, weight 71 Kg , 1m78. I take whey proteins, 25g of proteins per scoop. Can I take more than one scoop per day including 3 meals per day. Thank you for all this information. It is really very reassuring. J.P.L.
Yep, I've seen multiple of scientists, nutritionist who have worked with proteins for decades, say the same thing on spreading out the proteins across several meals. Go high protein in the 1st meal for sure and also the last meal also..
The introductory display featured nothing but grains and beans as an indication of the protein approved of by those individuals presenting the material. There exists, no real argument, wherein Homo Sapiens evolved to eat grains and beans without a significant amount of processing. It is in fact, animal protein, which humans metabolize with the least digestive stress and the greatest efficiency. If the current, monopolistic business practices in the U.S. were not as such, then healthy, grass fed cows (and other naturally fed animals) would provide a lower caloric and more satisfying food source. The average person viewing this program is already obese or metabolically unhealthy because of the misleading advertisements about nutritional health. Furthermore, those grains and beans are the most processed of all the foods on the shelf in any grocery store and therefore the biggest FLIPPING PROBLEM!. I hope the material in the rest of this video is worth watching. I didn’t get past the opening scene before I had to comment.
very insightful webinar, giving me clarity on when more protein than the rda is required. thank you , Dr. Bagnulo.
I’m happy to say there is a great deal of good information regarding protein intake. Thank you.
Love this channel. Technical, but able to be understood. Also, seems more interested in helping others rather than clicks and likes.

I wish this was mandatory for: nursing homes, post op, Medicare patients, doctor's offices, gym big screens as you exercise, ect😊
Most of your places of interest are government controlled on the food that is given out to patients...
Thank you 😊
