Do you think a new MV7 will be released soon? After seeing that they just released the SM7DB I might wait for an improved version with (hopefully) USB C
Hi, Shure MV7 comes with a USB C to USB C cable, so if this is what you're looking for It gets you covered. Although I don't think it would give you any major benefit over the USB 3.0 because audio doesn't require that much of a bandwidth . And I don't think shure will come up with a new version of MV7, it's relatively new model and shure is known for building last longing mics and not putting out any "minor improvements" in tech.
I respect your opinion, however to my ear, the sound quality of the Shure SM7B is in a completely different tier. The MV7 has poor plosive rejection and sounds muddy compared to the SM7b.

You sound nasally congested on this mic...
Hahaha, yeah, I didn't eq the mic at all on purpose. And it is pretty low end heavy, this one.
@@MaxKoko Not natural, dude
The mv7 needs to be attached to XLr interface to sound good imo. With usb the mv7 is too quiet
I find the Shure Motive Ap works well for USB, I agree that on its own it needs some help though
mmm.. but your sound is terrible right now
The MV7 doesn't sound nearly as good as the SM7B. Unfortunately.
The biggest selling point for me was its versatility.. If I wanted to go XLR I can..
How much they paid you to say that bs?
What do you think?
@@MaxKoko a lot
