In my personal opinion break action is better than having a cylinder swinging out of the side (revolver cylinders only swing out of the left side, and I'm a left handed person. Reloading a revolver with your right hand is kinda hard, with a break action it's no problem, it just folds in half and you can use either one or the other of your hands to reload)
To reload a swingout cylinder left-handed: Wrap right hand around cylinder. Release the latch, pop open cylinder with right thumb. Dump empties, reload with left hand, close cylinder, regrip with left hand.
Modern break action revolvers are pretty rare because the pressure of smokeless powder is too high for the latch to handle. You'd have to make the frame much beefier than if it was a swing out. And personally, I think reloading a revolver is no harder as a leftie. You cradle it in your left hand regardless of which one you shoot with and load with your right hand.
