    Dear sir,
    Thank you for clearing basic concepts. I want to ask is back EMF will generate from load to VFD in case of speed difference? If yes then what is the calculation of back EMF?

    With closed loop vector control you can also accurately control motor torque above rated nameplate speed.

    How sensorless vector control is determining angle between magnetising current and torque current...how does torque control and slip estimator works..please reply sir

      The current which is in same phase of voltage Is called torque current and which is out of phase with voltage is Magnetiging or flux current.drive checks leading angle between voltage and current and calculates torque and flux current separately

      uske liye dynamic braking enable karna padega ,aut DBR bhi use karna padega and deccelaration time 1 second dalna padega

      Yes,you can run AM motor more than rated speed,it will run in constant HP zone,means Speed will increase and torque will decrease.you can't get rated torque above rated speed.

      You can refer powerflex 700 reference manual,similarly there are technical and parameter manual of all drives you can download easily

      Position of rotor is estimated by using clark and park transformation

      without encoder or tacho we can not get rotor position.

      recently faced an issue in ABB ACS880 vfd running on estimate/sensorless mode. drive output was on with zero speed reference to the motor and motor was magnetized but not rotating as ref was zero. But drive was showing -50rpm estimated speed.
      Only cause found out was that motor brake didn't open(jammed) during magnetization and rotor was not free.

      Question here is, how does a jammed rotor affect stator/magnetized current when there is no speed reference.

    Why Sensorless can t be used to control Torque. Since we are able to change Torque producing current. Can you please explain to me . Thanks for the videos

      to control the torque drive need to know and rotor position to keep the stator flux position at 90° with respect to rotor flux.to know the exact position an encoder is required and in sensorless vector we don't use encoder thats why it is not possible to maintain torque in sensorless vector.

      accel time work karega.. decell time stop k time pe kaam nahi karega..lekin agar running condition me speed reference kam karoge to decell time kaam karega...

    Are sidha sidha bataiye ki vector mode select karo ge to 20Hz frequency range me 90% speed se motor chalegi
    Aur frequency scaler mode me 20Hz me output 20% tak mil sakta h

    Does V/f also remains constant in vector controlled VFD ?
    i.e. if a motor which is rated as 460V/60Hz is made to run at 30 Hz, does the voltage still remain 460V ?

      In vector control drive v/f ratio is not constant it will vary as per torque/speed requirement.

      Agar coast to stop karoge to motor jaldi se nahi rukega aur electrical braking kaam nahi karega sirf mechanical brake se rukega motor
