When you grab the pully the motor will stop running, so there is no current and the magnetic field will be stopping and there is no overload. Is this the advantage of using Sensorless Vector Control or torque control than V/H mode ?

Sensorless vector is great for those times when you more accurate control over your motor but don't have an encoder to do it.
