What so it can only control speed from 30-50 rpm? I guess there's some mistake in understanding. Please correct me. Thanks

Are you referring to the comment at 1:24? If so, the it is saying that in V/Hz mode you can only go down to 30-50 RPM, V/Hz doesn't work well below that min speed.

Do these support 8-9 wire encoder feedback for rigid tapping?

This drive family doesn't support encoder feedback, but we do have a new drive family releasing soon that does. Look for that announcement later this summer.
