Has anyone get the visa based on this plan? For instance, a entrepreneur (not an investor) has a proven great business plan and a pitch deck that raised a certain amount of money such as $3M,and the business can create almost 15-17 full time jobs. If the investor accept to support the business and being a personal sponsor of the entrepreneur such as help him for the visa immigration fees or even the first year living, can an entrepreneur still apply for the EB-5? I read the source of funds and there is not such thin in the list, however, I saw Loan in the list. Is angel investing consider a loan interns of business profit and loss shares and equity?
@@AcquestAdvisors As far as I have received inputs, most of the money is lost 'se many of the go-between agents are themselves fraud & many a times the companies one invests in are involved in fraudulently gulping down the investors money. Is it true? Kindly advise the success rate. And even if it is say 90%, then 10% of the investors lose their money. And, $1m isn't a small amount... Can you be forthright straight in posting an honest reply.

Can people do group investing for EB5 visa for eg. one person puts $400,000 and another puts $400,000?
The investment per family is $800,000.
