    So is it short as 100 days ?

    • @BehringCo
      @BehringCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Concurrent Filing of I-526E and the I-485 petition is the key to the 100 day timeline. You can learn more about it here:

      If you are filing from outside the United States, you have other options. It is always best to speak to a qualified immigration attorney or EB-5 expert. You can book appointments here: calendly.com/behring/behring-regional-center-eb-5-phone-consultation-yt

    B1/B2 visa can apply for EB-5 ?

    • @BehringCo
      @BehringCo  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Under very specialized circumstances yes. It can also land a person in very big trouble if they misrepresent themselves in front of a USCIS officer. You should consult an expert before making any decisions. Make an appointment here:calendly.com/behring/behring-regional-center-eb-5-phone-consultation

    How much is the investment cost now?

    • @BehringCo
      @BehringCo  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      $800,000 investment, as well as various fees will likely bring the total cash requirement to a range of $830,000 to as high as $875,000 depending the complexity of your case, source of funds background and attorney costs. EB5 Priority date is Nov 2019 in California centre, Indian applicant. I526 pending still. No improvement.
    How early can I expect approval.?

    • @BehringCo

      This is a multipart question. The next allocation of visas is released at the end of the Federal Fiscal Year which is September 30 each year where you see the next 10,000 visas begin being issued. At that point you should see some serious movement in priority dates. We just recently did a 2 hour presentation with Charlie Oppenheim, former head of Visa Control at the State Department. We explain how backlogs, visa bulletin and priority dates move and react to events like new release, visa allocation carry-over and others. That video will be released this week

    Can i live in the U.S while waiting for the visa?

    • @BehringCo
      @BehringCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are filing from outside the United States you will need to wait until the I-526 is approved in order to file I-485 and adjust status and get the EAD. The EAD allows you to work in the United States while you await your green card. To gain an in-depth understanding of the process, please schedule a free phone consultation with one of our EB5 specialists here .calendly.com/behring/eb-5-phone-consultation?month=2023-07

    Why haven’t USCIS allowed for premium processing particularly for people to filed prior to RIA? Our case has been pending for 3 years and US IS say it’s under normal processing until 2025 - for non-backlogged

      I would suggest looking into filing a mandamus action. Have you researched the topic?

      @@jaydedacosta2194 Your attorney should have expected that response and respond accordingly. USCIS will respond to each case the same and simply request more time. Your attorney will need to apply more pressure at this point if you want a different answer.
