I was getting a headache while filming and editing this during the scenes of heavy welding so just wanted to put out a warning so others can be prepared :)
Egads! That's a totally packed area back there. The ol girl's got a lot of (J)unk in her (T)runk... so maybe the name JT might work. Grindy v2.0 suggestion... along the length convert some of the blocks to 1/2 blocks, and use those "dips" to place atmo thrusters that you can switch to when going planet-side. Hopefully you can fit enough atmo thrusters to handle a full load, otherwise I foresee a complete redesign to plumb in hydrogen thrusters.
Haha it's insane how much I love how perfect the rear of the ship turned out. A perfect game of Tetris 🔥Yeah I've been thinking about Grindy and I'm not sure how we'll make it work. I think it'll need a full rebuild for the hydrogen thrusters but it'll be worth it!
I've been spending time in creative creating a design for a space station for my survival world and I find theres always something more to do. the most annoying thing was I made the solar tracking arrays but they don't play nice with stations. Always little tweaks to make! as for a name, how about Home-1 or something along those lines?
I truly hope you consider more thrusters in the downward direction, I think you have severely under estimated gravity on planets like " Alien Planet " with its 1.9 gravity. Not sure what planets you have or their gravity specs but with all the mass / weight you have in just " ship" I wouldn't even attempt landing on "Earth Like" . Just a suggestion, not hating on ya, just hate to see all those mats go boom on impact. keep up the videos. Probably not the greatest name suggestion but consider " celestial Explorer"
I came to the same realization while editing the video :) Definitely going to add more thrusters down there when we get to turning that side into more than a flat pancake!

I definitely miss building it in creative first. Build and Repair makes printing blueprints a breeze

Your ship reminds me of (RUBIC) or (KIZO). Try CONSTELATION THRUSTERS hydro nice mode for ship's
I tried looking for that mod on the workshop but couldn't find it! If you have a link, I'll gladly take a peak :)
