Why can’t we have brilliant, well articulated, an exceptionally knowledgeable doctors like this in the United States in New York that’s supposed to be the epicenter of medicine. Sadly, most of my doctors wouldn’t know any of this. I have to do all of my research and present it to my doctors. The really good doctors will listen and entertain what you have to say, but the arrogant know it all‘s who know nothing will find it insulting, and they should because their skill set is less than admirable. U’re an awesome dr. I will be referencing your lecture to my doctors. Thank you, as I’ve been suffering with undiagnosed ascites, for years that has controlled my life and made me bloat, to the point of complete and utter illness and disability! 💜🙏
Doing pg in medicine , medi-lectures help alot pls continue the series nd make videos on multiple topics,,, we all will support u alot .... love from rohit🙏
Thanks, but in 3:30 I think it's more accurate to classify cardiac causes as posthepatic rather than postsinusoidal, as postsinusoidal is typically considered an intrahepatic cause.
Today i told this defination to my teacher in clinical ward he said ur defination is wrong itsnot the abnromal accumulation its any free fluid in pertoneal cavity is called ascites bcz there is no fluid in peritoneal cavity😊❤
