    First of all Nina - I’m sending all my love and hugs to you and Lee. I too, tragically lost my first baby due to a partial molar pregnancy. We had a heartbeat up until our 15 week scan. That was 28 years ago. I had to have six months tests at Charring Cross hospital in London and fortunately I didn’t need chemotherapy. As soon as we were given the all clear, I fell pregnant again immediately and went on to have a healthy baby boy followed three years later by a healthy baby girl. The pain of that loss, however, will never, ever leave me. You will get through this and I genuinely believe you will go on to get the precious little baby you dream of. Sending much love and all the luck and best wishes in the world. Sue xxx

    It continues to amaze me that there is no separate waiting room/ area for people that are going through issues with their pregnancy or pregnancy loss. The pain of sitting amongst people who are experiencing healthy pregnancies and the joys that brings is unbearable. I found it extremely upsetting.
    I really feel for you Nina, thank you so much for sharing. Lots of love. Xx

    So sorry for your loss Nina. I am a medical student currently studying reproductive health. Today we leant about molar pregnancy, and after the lecture I have been consolidating my learning by watching informative videos. I came across this video - thank you for sharing your story. Just wanted to let you know that not only are you raising awareness, but you are helping future healthcare workers see the real stories behind the conditions, and helping us recognise the needs of our future patients. Wishing you all the best

    Ah so sorry to hear this Nina it is so heartbreaking but more common than most people know. I had 3 miscarriages and 3 DNCs and I so feel your pain. I thought I would never have any children but I had a girl and boy eventually and I am so grateful for them both. Don’t ever give up, fate has a way of working things out in the end. I remember after the first miscarriage all I saw was pregnant women it used to break my heart. Keep positive and I wish you all the very best. ❤

    Thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm sorry you had to go thorugh this. I experienced a complete molar pregnancy and needed months of extensive chemotherapy at charing x in London and have finally finished and I'm ok and have the all clear from cancer. It is an awful thing for anyone to experience and I'm starting to process it all and acknowledge my grief after being on autopilot for so long and fighting cancer. I'm exhausted and wouldn't wish this on anyone. Hope you're doing ok and I'm grateful that you're sharing your experience on your platforms as it means awareness is being raised and I know it can't be easy. ❤

    I had a complete molar pregnancy earlier in the year. Which means there is no baby and a higher risk of cancer. I started to miscarry on mothers day weekend, and my doctor left me like that for 2 weeks. You deal with all the emotions of thinking you're losing your baby, and then being told it was never there and you have a 1 in 20 chance of cancer. Ives been in blood test (first weekly then monthly) for the last 4 months, have 3 more blood tests before I get the all clear. Itself going through the loss, but with so much shame attached.

    • @cbpaddingtonbear2606
      @cbpaddingtonbear2606 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @SomyaPrabhatmakeupstudio I think I was around 300. Mine drop really dramatically. I think having a d&c leant it's self to the dramatic drop but it doesn't really mean too much. There is some research that if your bloods drop to zero within the first 8 weeks you have an even lower risk of caner

    We are going through this exact same thing right now. We saw our baby on ultrasound at 8 weeks just like you and everything looked perfect. We also got pictures and a video which we are so grateful for now. We found out she passed at 9 weeks and 2 days when I was almost 12 weeks and then also found out after the D&C that it was a partial molar. We have our post op appointment this coming Tuesday and I’m so scared. So many emotions. Just the worst rollercoaster ever! 😞💔 When I say I understand I understand! I’m so sorry for your loss!

    I am so very sorry for what you & your husband have been through!! Please know that this video was very helpful to me as a mom to my 26 yr old daughter who is going thru the loss of a partial molar pregnancy. Unfortunately her #’s did not trend downward & she had a repeat d & c & started chemo last week. We are taking one day at a time. Her husband has been by her side. But I can see that it has been hard on both of them. I have been cooking for them and leaving little treats to try to cheer her on every day after chemo (a little candle, a new soft blanket, etc.) My daughter has been brave but I know it has been hard. This was her 2nd miscarriage in 3 months.😢 But miraculously she was able to go to work today. She still has a very long road, but we are hopeful that when she completes treatment (around 4 more rounds of chemo) and waits the time set by the doctors, that she will be cleared to try again. I am sending you and Lee a big hug, from Ohio USA. Again, thank you for sharing your feelings & making the video. 💛

    Hi Nina, I'm so sorry to hear this. My cousin had a molar pregnancy, once she got given the all clear from the potential cancer she got pregnant again and had a successful pregnancy. I have had 2 miscarriages and 2 successful pregnancies. The mental pain and trauma of the miscarriages will stay with me forever but I hope this gives you some hope. But I also heard that every baby can leave DNA in the mum's body, especially boys, their DNA can be left in the mum's brain for the rest of their life. I like to think about that, in terms of my two little boys and the two babies I lost ❤

    I am so so sorry for your loss, Nina. You will feel better slowly, but surely Take good care of yourself. You are so fortunate to have Lee and loving family and friends to support you emotionally.
    I was diagnosed with colon cancer five years ago. I found the very best doctor here in the US and I was surgically cured with removal of 18 inches of my large intestine. The word cancer is the scariest thing in the world, and my recovery was very rocky., However, I, too, did not require chemo which was a blessing. Obviously, I can not compare my situation with yours as the emotional loss for you is totally different and more intense. However, I learned through this whole ordeal that you are as strong and brave as you have to be. You will get through this as I have done and happiness will flow back to you in time. Be patient and kind to you yourself.
    Much love coming to you and Lee❤️.

She was doing great and we went for a scan and then we went for a scan three days later to find out the sex and she wasn’t moving. Then just like you we were told there was no heart beat.
