Hi Lauren, thank you for this video. I was rejected for my first three videos and the question I have is …Do the first ones have to be horizontal instead of vertical??? Will it matter??? Ty 😊
Thanks Lauren! Your videos and support group have been an invaluable resource in navigating the tricky waters of the AIP. I had one rejected for medical claims, it was moisturizing lotion.
How about commissions thru other countries. Say same thing here, someone clicks on my storefront (USA Based) that is from Italy or Japan and buys something. Do I get that commission since my store is USA based and they are in another country?
My first 3 videos were rejected for onsite commission but I cannot find where they say the reason is for these rejections? Would you know where this is located? I went to "manage video" and not there. I hear people say it is next to the video but I don't see this. Thanks This was the only message I got from Amazon, but no exact reason: "Your videos were not approved to be featured on our product pages. Please try again. After review, we have determined your videos don't meet our video quality requirements. These requirements must be met to be shown on placements outside your storefront, such as a product's details page. To be reconsidered for additional placements outside of your storefront, please delete all your existing videos and upload at least 3 new videos that meet our best practices. Please note that we limit the number of cumulative reviews to 3 per influencer."
Hi Lauren. I submitted my 3 videos to get into the video part of the program. 2 got published and 1 got rejected due to the shipping label was on the box. Now do I have to submit 3 entire new videos or do I just submit 1 to replace the rejected one. Thanks in advance. Love your videos❤
There should be progress bar at the top of your video page that shows “2 of 3” or “3 of 3” uploaded. I’d look to see what that says and if it says 2, I’d delete the one that got rejected and add another to make 3.

I do Amazon Live and I literally was showing a previously approved video that is on my storefront and my live Video got taken down. The only reason I can think of is because the product I did the video on is the product has been updated and my product is the same SELLER, but it is different. Is there a place for us to repeal when they reject our videos? Why can't we reach anyone. Sometimes I get Sooooooo mad cause I can't figure out why my videos get rejected. It is so frustrating sometimes that we can't repeal oR they want give you the EXACT reason why you are getting rejected. I end up doing several Re-do's and I just guess things they may not like. Any pointers?
Thank you! If I say “i live in an area where we get cold winters” could that be personal info?? My 3 videos were rejected for onsite commissions and I cannot figure out why 😢. I think it’s either that or in a video where I reviewed a blanket the blanket was not completely in my camera frame.
I don’t think that would be a disclosure of personal info. It could be something else. It’s also my understanding that they also consider your social media when reviewing your account for onsite commissions, not just the videos.
I submitted my videos back in January and videos are showing published and receiving view but the locks are still locked and haven't received a congratulations! (pop-up) is it normal to receive views how long does it take to get approve I'm so lost in this
Yes it’s normal to see them have a view count and I have many members inside my group that have also submitted in January and still waiting. It can take this long sometimes but it’s best to just wait it out.
Thank you very helpful:)

Yes, this is a general message they're sending now vs. telling you a specific reason.

Far right of your profile click on Manage Content then on Need Review.

What is illegal content rejected?
do you mean what kind of content will get your videos rejected?
@@laurenfgamble Yes, I just got rejected
