I got denied earlier this week and it was a bummer. Thanks for making this video, I'm tweaking a couple of things and I will try again in about a month.
My first 3 videos were rejected for onsite commission but I cannot find where they say the reason is for these rejections? Would you know where this is located? I went to "manage video" and not there. I hear people say it is next to the video but I don't see this. Thanks This was the only message I got from Amazon, but no exact reason: "Your videos were not approved to be featured on our product pages. Please try again. After review, we have determined your videos don't meet our video quality requirements. These requirements must be met to be shown on placements outside your storefront, such as a product's details page. To be reconsidered for additional placements outside of your storefront, please delete all your existing videos and upload at least 3 new videos that meet our best practices. Please note that we limit the number of cumulative reviews to 3 per influencer."

I had three videos that were rejected for the on-site commissions, will I be able to reapply later or am I permanently denied of beyond on-site commissions? And what can I do now?
I uploaded 2 videos with Amazon products that are more UGC ad style and 1 speak to the camera review so I’m waiting on my denial 😂 but it takes foooorreverrrr! How long did it take you to hear back? I’m ready to try again because I already know what’s coming
This was super helpful! I already submitted my 3 videos this week before watching, and now I'm realizing some things I should do differently. Do you recommend deleting what is already in review, or just waiting for approval or denial? Also, do you recommend vertical or horizontal recording?
No don’t delete it if it’s in review. I’d just wait it out. I’ve seen people get approved with both vertical and horizontal, but mine were all horizontal that got approved.
Take a deep breath, you got this! Mine took 9 days and some others in our community just heard back this weekend after submitting theirs in early November.
It will show on the top of your “creator hub” page. They’ve been just sending a generic message about “video quality standards” but from what I understand that can cover any reason they’ve rejected.
Have you shared links to your influencer page and/or can we see any of your videos for products on Amazon? I’m excited to start and am thinking I’ll either start with teacher products or household items
This was a really good video. I was denied after months of waiting and begging for an answer (many emails to Amazon asking). The instructions say that I have to delete about 7 total videos that I made, and I think they were pretty good. One says that it was denied because I was giving medical advice, but the others don't give any reason and don't look like they had problems. Do you think I can re-use those other videos later? I'm so nervous that I will not be approved again. But your video has great suggestions! Thank you!
Thanks for these tips. I got denied twice for QUALITY even after I switched to a quality DSLR camera with tripod and external mic after the first rejection. Do they prefer 4k? The only thing I noticed is that my 3 online storefront videos are blurry low resolution for about 5 seconds and then switches to HD, but looks great on the PC...
I’m finding that I think the “didn’t meet video quality requirements” message could mean that the videos were denied for several reasons. I feel like this is a general response from Amazon, but could mean your videos were denied for any reason, like engagement of social accounts, trigger words said in videos, video and audio quality, etc.
How long did it take for you to get approved once you uploaded the 3 videos? I saw some people say it took 3-5 days and others said it took a month or two
Mine took a little over a week. But I know for some people it can take weeks to a month. I think it all depends on the amount of people they have to review.
Once you upload your 3 videos, do you just wait? You don't need to apply for anything right? I uploaded and it shows they've been approved to be on my profile but nothing showing they are under further review. Do you just get an email saying you're approved for onsite? Should you not upload anything else until you hear back?
Making a video about this but if you have all 3 uploaded on your Creator Hub page you should see a blue progress bar at the top showing 3/3 are uploaded and that you’re in review. Then you wait 😊
SO I have the onsite program for me. I am doing videos with just me in them. Or me only doing voice overs. So my question is this: I mostly do outdoors or fishing stuff products. But say I wanted to make a review video for the program over say women's shoes. Could my wife do it and then I just upload that video? Or is it only me who has to be in them or on them?
I’ve been denied twice, waiting for my third try to be reviewed. 🤞🏼🎉🤞🏼If this third one gets denied and I make a new account, can I use the same account (TikTok) to get approved for the initial influencer program?
Do you have to be a prime member to be approved? Also I have Instagram but I don’t really post anything. Will this prevent me from being accepted even if I have excellent videos?
No you do not need to be a prime member to apply. What I’ve found is getting in has more to do with the engagement you have, not the number of followers.
Hey Lauren, my wife just started influencing beginning of the year. She applied on Amazon twice and was denied. She she has more followers then the first application. Could you help?
Could you answer this question? I have a TikTok account that’s 60 days old with 40 videos where I am showing my face. One of the videos is even up to 50k views with hundreds of likes and hundreds of comments (70 comments of which is me interacting with other viewers). I’m still not getting approved to join the program. Any ideas why?
@@laurenfgambleI engaged pretty hard with them. Almost had more comments than likes. I think my videos weren’t getting enough likes, I changed my content and posted a few videos on animals that drove up the likes. I reapplied a couple days later and got accepted. I also can’t figure out where to see what I did wrong. I read to look under the manage tab but I don’t see anything there. 😢
I mentioned on one of my reviews that I purchased it because my acupuncturist recommend it. I didn't give his name. Was that a no no?
