Idk why hearing Syntac yell "MY EGGS, I LEFT MY E G G S!!!" is so unbelievably amusing to me, but it sure made my day better XD
At least he's moving the drake's rather than just removing them like Wild Card will if it ever becomes official.
Fjordur is a perfect map to have all the creatures AND bosses because you can just teleport to another realm to access them.
That's the only reason I almost don't want official because wildcard will definitely butcher the hell out of it.

Honestly I don't want rock drakes to be added to the other maps, literally everything except the nameless have been added to other maps, so the rock drake is the only aberration exclusive creature, if it was added to an unofficial map there would be no reason to go to aberration besides being on aberration. Look what happened to scorched, they added the entire map to ragnarok and now it's basically dead
The "rock drake" bug as you mentioned actually happens with other creatures some times too. I've had it happen with snow owls, argies, and wyverns off the top of my head. That was about 3-6 months ago, but still is occurring.
This series is my favorite by far. Anyone else agree?

Anyone that streams or creates content understands the diva that is OBS. Lol. We understood that so much was going on when you were fighting Steinbjorn, but it was still stressful and funny. I would venture to say that some people that watch videos of gameplay don't actually play the game, and therefore don't understand the complexity of the situation. All that said, shit was funny as hell watching your health freeze away.
When the rock drakes move he will probably make it a karkinos trench 😂

After successfully soloing The Island's Ice Cave a few times, I can understand even more why Purlovias are so dangerous. A minimum of three times I got purlovia-d randomly XD those things are beasts
I recently got through the island’s ice cave using deinonychus with one other player and she dodged a purlovia. I got hit by god knows how many invisible purlovias
My tribemate & I recently cleared it using a pair of really good yutyranuss - the fear roar spooks purlovia out of their hidy holes.
@@dreadcthulhu6842 Oh that's interesting, scaring them out of the ground like that will help a ton. I tend to use thylas everywhere in the caves so I used a really good thyla along with grenades to boop the purlovias

To be fair the realm system would help with the issues on console. I'm just hoping Ark 2 is actually programmed well, I think Ark just doesn't have great optimization. It's the only game that really drops frames, and it isn't very graphically intense.
Not trying to slander Wildcard too much, I just think ARK was really made for PC, and ended up on console anyway.

36:19 if you follow that lava flow below, there's a cave entrance with artifact of the immune, gonna need a magmasaur to get there, very high level cave bugs in there though and a skin for the spear if I remember correctly.

When you left the Rock drake eggs I was just screaming at the tv, "Don't forget the eggs. The eggs, Syn. SYN, THE EGGS!" I can't say much though. I was playing with the dino storage mod and totally forgot one of my birds had a pack highly breed spinos in their inventory. Thank god I leave the parents at base.

The s+ propagator can breed rock drakes and just about everything else if I remember correctly. U just need element to power it.

I love rock drakes!! You can breed them if u use the mutator, or the propagator to put them in to breed :3 I have so many colors of them even some from the valentine event and Easter 😍 wish you lots of luck✌️

Ooooo amazing 🤩 my valentines one is a pastel pink, purple, and yellow. I have other colors of drakes that are mixes of blues, reds, bright green, cyan, bright orange, silver, and yellows. I bred my drakes to make base stats. Also it’s almost all blue, with red feathers tips are purple. He is so pretty 😍
I was going to say, I've bred Rock drakes with the mutator. Same with griffins.
Are the rock drakes on fjordur moded in or will they be in full release? I was really hoping that they would be on console version in June when the map is fully released, but just like valguero, they might take them off
I took a quetz in here, that was before several updates and i got a glitch where it ignored the radiation. Nowadays tho the megalosaurs or spinos in the artifact of the stalker cave do well enough. Imagine using rare flowers in the rockdrake trench. I really hope that asgard isnt fully irradiated and only the rockdrake area and possibly a cave is, having to worry about being insta gibbed by the buffed radiation at any moment would suck.

In the Poison Trench on Vanaheim, you can't use flyers. The rock drake could be very useful there.

I only get the occasional basilisks and I got a 132 that was above the portal area but all you need to kill a basilisks is a good pack of ravages or raptors since I have killed 1 before with that strat

Damn rock drakes on fjordor drive me crazy. The eggs always spoil though I finally figured out why and got 2 max level eggs after a month of looking. Though sadly I have a good shadowmane so they are kinda pointless but fun to mess around on.
Not all of the lava is as it appears..... seek and you shall find the secrets you wished for!
I once had a rock drake named "Christian" and we fell down to one of the insta-kill snow cave drops. Rest in peace to Christian.
I always thought a map that is every map we already have (at least the story maps),and combined them all together,like dont merge with land together,just place the scorched earth map next to like the ragnorok scorched area(I know rag isnt really a story map but that was just an example,I think it would be really cool to take the entire of each story map and put them together as one,maybe even keep the surface of aberration as it is,it would be awesome to be able to sit on a mountain top and see an entire section of the map light on fire

Why not install Kraken's Better Dinos? You can enable Griffin and Rock Drake breeding via ini plus the QOL changes to many dinos are kinda nice (also: wild purlovia/microraptor and cnidaria are less annoying and actually somewhat manageable)

True, but Ark is basically done at this point. Gen 2 was the last story map, Ark 2 is in development. Anyone who wanted to buy the DLCs, has probably done so already. It would be a nice parting gift before Ark 2 comes out to give us one mega map with everything on it.
Take Rock Drakes for example, which are always removed from maps before they're made official. It's odd to me, given Aberration came out at the end of 2017. Anyone who wanted to get Rock Drakes has had years to buy the DLC.
It's just an annoyance, having to switch maps to tame something. The realm idea is great, and really streamlines the process.

I'm curious could we keep everything in this map and make it a payed dlc so both sides win wildcard doesn't lose funding and we get another beautiful map without losing 85 percent of its content (example crystal isles). But then again that would Cost money. If you read this anyone what's your opinion on the idea.
