Matt, when a customer who owns a 72' luxury Yacht and a private jet (or has the means to lease one on a moments notice) calls you, and could have called anyone in Florida or the country for that matter, that speaks volumes about your reputation and commitment to your customers. It takes work and close oversight of business affairs and your personnel to have and maintain that level of reputation. You accepted the phone call from your customer even while on vacation, not everyone would do this. The interesting thing is as I have watched your channel for many months now, I believe you would behave similarly to the customer with a 20' center console. Again, I have nothing but respect for how your company and its personnel operate and treat people and customers, and I appreciate greatly your willingness to share so much with us here on TH-cam. With great respect... Joe

I am a lifetime marine technician that worked as a yacht captain in my hometown of Naples FL. Saltwater corrosion is insidious.
This job takes an incredible amount of immediate remedies, clean up, replacing, and testing components and systems.
I work at a marina in Ontario now but still have to watch out for the Florida salty boats, lol.
It looks like you guys have a great team and are on top of things!
My adventure at work today as the only tech on duty was a customer pumped 65 liters of gasoine in the bilge of their brand new SeaDoo...

The boat at the end of the video is possibly an HCB 65 Estrella? I remember how impressed I was back in the 80's when they were still Hydrasport and I saw their 25 foot with twin 200 Mariner outboards for the first time. The mixer in the wet bar on that Estrella probably has more horsepower than the entire boat I saw way back then did.😆
