Should have gotten the bulkhead that braces the shock mount down to the frame. It will help keep you from breaking the fan assembly, and on hard impacts, cracking the radiator.
Buy it, build a tree house/log cabin on the river, maybe close enough to the river to fish out of the cabin, tree house. If anything it’s entertaining content, which is why we’re all here

You could always sell the land if you find something else you like more and you need the extra money for it. You could buy one of those two story “sheds” and make a series out of rigging it for camping out there.
You should do a challenge where you pick a bait off of each row of each shelf. So like top, second from top, middle, bottom, etc. Could be most expensive coolest looking, etc.
Go for it and plan to build a nice size bass pond on it in the future

Get the land and if there is a creek or river running through it, build a huge pond and fill it full of structure and habitat for the fish and let the creek/river fill it. Twenty five acres will give you plenty of space for a pond/small lake and place for off roading. You should also consider an area for shotgun hunting only. Get several trios of game birds particularly pheasants… dove… quail… ducks to hunt during respective seasons. This property will pay for itself and I guarantee you will be profiting within five years. Most of all… you will never run out of content if you choose to keep YouTubing!

I commented on LOJO's video, but y'all need to get together and use one of those wind machines with money in it and whatever amount you can grab in 30 sec to a min is what you get to spend on rod/reel/tackle and bait. So fill it with 5's, 10's, 20's, 50's and 100's.

Those hooks with the plastic on it is called a scrounger or scrounger head and you can put a paddle tail swimbait or paddle tail fluke on it but cancels out wobble and action of the scrounger but it still catches fish; especially up north here in Wisconsin. if you put a fluke, a soft plastic jerkbait, a pin tail swimbait/fluke, or straight tail jerkbait/swimbait/fluke and it wobbles back and fourth not like a swim bait and it looks more like a bait fish and you use really anything else on it
